Can any of you guys please see if you can find anything on this guy possibly related to Texas? I asked this initially in Alexis' thread when RAT was first arrested, but don't see a response. Thanks.

At my high school, you couldn't be listed in the yearbook unless you were on schedule to graduate in good standing. So probably 5-10% of the students in any given year weren't in the yearbook.

OHHS has left out students before and by accident for no reason.
I think going through a verified address source might have more accurate results. He could have flunked and was held back or received a GED instead.

I have not found a thing that would even remotely connect to Texas. Though just because I haven't found it, doesn't mean it's not there.

Being that we think there might be a Navy brat connection, coastal Louisiana/Texas would be possible, however. And of course we don't know how much he traveled.

Are you certain your report is correct in regards to Fort Walton Beach? Indeed a Randy Allen Taylor has lived there, I agree, but I am very hesitant to accept it to be the same RAT. As I understand it, the RAT in FWB is of a different race, a year older, married in 1990 and etc. There is also a criminal record, but again, a different RAT.

Personally, I am iffy on the Fort Walton Beach information, although the Hook newspaper has reported that Randy Allen Taylor was born in Florida, so I have left it in for now. The rest of the addresses check out as far as I can tell.

I do not have access to any yearbooks, but just because he is not listed, I wouldn't let that deter you.
We need to find out what his parents names are to see where they lived first.
I know for a FACT OHHS doesn't always list every student in the HS books. I am not sure why either.
If he lived in OH there was only one HS in 1983. It's been renovated since. But still only one high school. Probably was about 500-1,000 students back then.
Coupeville is a 20 minute drive away and Langley, Freeland have their own HS.
Military kids all attended OHHS.
Very small town.
I knew the Yates family as in Robert Lee Yates extended family. His own paternal grandmother murdered his grandfather in TN, before she moved to Oak Harbor, WA.
Other Yates in the family have been incarcerated for murder.
Oak Harbor has a creepy dark side to it. Many missing persons, teens since the 70's.

This is the first time I am seeing this. I found the conviction for burglary on 11/30/87 and a sentence of no more than 6 years. But this is the first time we saw anything saying that he actually did jail time. Looks like he did 2 years.

I am still interested his two arrests for burglary. I somehow doubt he robbed two homes and got caught both times. I wonder how many unsolved burglaries there have been in the areas he has lived.

The good news is that the New Jersey court record system is back online. The bad news I can't make anything of it. It lists a lot of civil charges against a RT in the 80's but does not give a DOB, MI or anything that would allow me to confirm that it is our RAT. Mostly it tells you nothing accept where to look in the archives for the record.

I did find this though which maybe someone else can check? This case is apparently still open. Not sure why.

But, it wasn't back in 1983-84. It was just a house.
The Elementary School is brand new too- lots of new development in that area of town.
Wish, we could hunt down his parents names to confirm the address.

Interesting, but not surprising, yet another RAT with quite a long rap including traffic infractions, domestic violence, theft, forgery, battery AND interference with custody... which I believe in Virginia would be called something along the lines of parental abduction.

There really are a shocking number of Randy Taylor's with long rap sheets.

It wouldn't surprise me if some of these peoplefinder / spokeo type address finders blend them together. I have looked up my own name and have found they have my addresses mixed in with someone else's.

I guess my thought on all this is, finding long rap sheets tells us about his activities, and personality. But they also lead us to his locations. What I am trying to see is off a lot of girls were raped or went missing in areas he used to live too.

I know he wasn't "THE Rt29 Stalker". He was in jail when that creep was pulling over women and ASR was killed. But if it turns out he did abduct both AM and SC and possibly more, then I think we could call hit Rt29 Stalker the second. Or maybe we just keep calling him The Rat.

Here's a theory, maybe he commits these crimes with an accomplice? Maybe, the accomplice committed a few while he was in jail? What if they are blood related? Familial DNA?

It's funny you mentioned HLL because my mother and I were talking about how much RAT reminded us of someone who would have a partner and they would be like HLL and OET.
