The Argument that Ron and Misty had.

We do not know that as fact.
Research the reason behind her being listed as missing on 2/10/09.
"She was seen in the home 1 1/2 hr ago" is a big indicator (IMO) also

Speculation can some times cloud the truth. We need to be responsible in our assumptions of the facts and leave rumors and speculation out of it if we are to discover the truth that the facts do reveal. Don't you agree?:blowkiss:

Yes, i would agree. Not to start anything but, when you know Misty has a phone and Ronald stated she turned it off, why would you say:

No phone
or car how would Misty acomplish this?

On another thread, someone posted that Ron passed the MH on his way to the convenience store, where he was seen at 3:15AM, and that this store is .6 miles from the MH. Yeah, I know it's OT, but this really freaks me out, if it's true. Since others are talking about it here, I'd like to ask if anyone knows for sure if this is the case. Seems no one was particularly interested in discussing this info. on that thread. I asked if anyone knew how long it would take someone to drive from the MH to the nearest highway at 3AM.

If true, then I fear Haleigh was taken from the MH at 3:13AM, give or take about 2 minutes.

Does anyone know absolutely certain whether the convenience store was beyond the MH so that Ron could/would/should have had to pass the MH or pass very close to it in order to get to the store he visited? Also does anyone know approx. how long it would take to get out of the area at that time of the morning?

About the fight, I believe it started much earlier in the day, like when Ron returned from taking Haleigh to school. In the VA test, Misty seems like she doesn't really want to talk about what happened between the time Haleigh went to school and Ron went to work. She looks away when the tester asks her about that time period, says something like, "we lay around the house till Ron had to go to work", sort of shrugging it off. I'd bet they were fighting all day about everything imaginable including the kitchen hink. Uh... I mean sink!

This post is my opinion only. Do not confuse with fact.

The assumption is Misty would need a phone and car to dispose of Haleigh herself. I am under the impression that HaLeigh was abducted or something happened after 12 am the date listed is (2/10/09 and not 2/09/09) the last time Haleigh was seen by anyone.

Phone shut off , child goes missing during shut-off; coincidence?

"Ronald was scheduled to get off at midnight, but wound up working until 3 a.m., then whipped into the San Mateo Handy Mart on the way home to buy beer and smokes. Sources say a video camera captured his visit about 3:15 a.m"

That store is 6 miles before he ever got to the turn off to his house.

Why do his work hours keep changeing?

4:30 til 3:00
5:00 til 3:00
5:00 til 12:00

Why can't any one person in this case tell the real hours.

:waitasec: That's what I want to know also. It has been said over and over on here that his hours of work have been verified when posters would begin discussing them. IMO they still haven't been verified. Ridiculous.

I just wonder if his hours are so iron clad and all his time is solid, why is he not cleared?
IMO he has and his work hours have not changed. Ron will be held accountable to say the least when all of this is over, but, right now it is obvious that he did not Harm or hide HaLeigh that day or night and he was not the one who has been the key from the begining.

Pretty obvious to me that his hours do NOT match up. Who ever heard of hours from 5:00 to 3:00? or 5:00 to 1:00 even? We have been told that the plant closes at midnight by people who live in the community.

More coincidences ( I am going to have to make a list).....RC decides to work overtime that night.....hmmmm....don't buy it...nope!

Your opinion does matter....but it is not obvious that he didn't harm or hide Haleigh. In fact I don't even know if he isn't the key. They both have lied and deflected from day 1.

Latest info:

Despite Misty as a target of suspicion, his new lawyer, Terry Shoemaker says Ron is standing by his woman.

A RC quote per second party “I know she fooled around, but I guess I just love her.”

When asked how RC and Misty are doing, Misty’s lawyer, Robert Fields said, “They seem to be getting along just fine.”

...............according to these statements, RC appears very suspicious in any ones' opinions, as far as I'm concerned.

I would like to know what time Misty was expecting Ron home on Mon, Feb 9;
midnight or after 3 am? Misty never mentions she was expecting Ron shortly after midnight on Feb 10, and because Misty alleges she was asleep and doesn't seemed concerned that he arrived at 3 am, it seems safe to assume Misty knew Ron was working until 3 am.

I guess all that matters is what LE buys, not posters on message boards.

I have to say after this latest finding about the fight, it does make RC look even worse. So . . . .

MC takes off on a 3 day party binder. She cheats on RC. She comes back and RC leaves his kids with her and heads to work. They fight and she turns her phone off. His daughter ends up missing. She doesn't answer his questions about that night. He proposes. "They seem to be getting along just fine" WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

This is ridiculous. :banghead: I'm just going to sit here shaking my head for awhile.

That last sentence is got me:waitasec:

I'm wondering about this, too. If RC was only supposed to work til 12 and MC had her phone off, she wouldn't know he was working late. There hasn't been any mention of her questioning why he was so late.

This all sounds a little suspicious.

How did Ron know that the phone was turned off? Did it keep going to the voicemail when he tried to reach Misty? I mean, usually that's what happens when one's cell phone is off?

IMHO, Misty did not need her phone or her own transportation because she was with others that had all of that. She could've used someone elses phone or vehicle to do what she needed to do.

I guess I would have to reply answering you would have to have seen or been there during all the other times not mentioned and shown during the reality episodes on tv and in the media. Alot of behind the scenes never viewed, nor taped during the commercial breaks. Guess real life is a bummer.

Seeing my life in minute clips would probably leave everyone scratching their heads too.
