Some people are never happy. Why do people complain about anything and everything nowadays? Thank goodness I’m not in the public eye having everything I do scrutinised, praised and moaned about I would get fed up with it all and end up a recluse on an Island somewhere.

Prince Harry has shown his sense of humour by agreeing to an odd request by world-renowned conservationist Dr Jane Goodall.

The Duke of Sussex was attending a meeting at Windsor Castle with the British primatologist and anthropologist, who is best known for her groundbreaking discoveries of chimpanzees as incredible, intelligent beings capable of using tools, language and a range of emotions.

Dr Goodall asked Harry if he remembered the "chimpanzee greeting" she taught him when they previously met.

Harry then approached Dr Goodall – as though he were a male chimp and she a female chimp – before patting her briefly on the head, encouraging her to embrace him.

I feel sorry for Her Majesty. I would love to ask Her Majesty about all the Prime Ministers and Presidents she has met over the years I bet it would be very interesting. It is said Her Majesty wasn’t a fan of Margaret Thatcher.

The Queen is happy for her subjects to eat cake but it’ll cost them.

Now that the doors of the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace have been flung open to the public for £25 a ticket, it seems the monarch has no intention of missing out on a money-spinner, charging nearly £10 for a slice of cake and a cappuccino at The Garden Cafe.

I don’t think £10 is that bad for tea and cake at Buckingham Palace. I mean it is £85 for afternoon tea at The Shard per couple and £56 at the Ritz each.

10 Pounds is around $16.35 CDN. That's a decent price for the two by Canadian standards.

As for your quote about Margaret Thatcher and the Queen,

I'm trying to think of anyone who was a fan of Margaret "Iron Lady" Thatcher.

And on that note...
The Crown season 3 spoilers: Queen and Margaret Thatcher’s weekly meetings to be revealed?

Can't wait for season 3 of The Crown.

That has now shot to the top of the London To Do List. Tea and cake at the palace, don't mind if I do!
