Sen Const Cameron Simmons resumes giving evidence. @abcnews #badenclay

12:51pm: "He said he wanted me to have a look at the injuries, or the marks on his face ... because he'd been asked by police to come and have his injuries documented," Dr Beaven said.

Prosecutor Danny Boyle asked Dr Beaven about Mr Baden-Clay's mood during the consultation.

"He appeared reasonably composed ... but I could tell that he was anxious and a little bit on edge. And I felt that he was in a rush to get through the consultation and get on with things," she said.

Mr Boyle: "Did his mood change at all?"

Dr Beaven: "He remained anxious throughout the consultation."

Yes.

I'd like to know what happened to the clothes he had been wearing.

By the look of his injuries he should have had a torn/stretched shirt, with his (+?hers) blood stains at least.

IIRC, there was some mention of police finding muddy runners in a wardrobe, but I don't recall any follow up on this

I think we may hear more about the boots...

Affidavit of Constable Kellie Thomson:

I located a pair of Adidas running shoes, a pair of brown leather sandals, a pair of Asics size 10 1/2 shoes covered in mud, Puma boots in shoe box, in the bedroom cupboard of Allison and Gerard's.

12:53pm: Dr Beaven: "Towards the end of the consultation he asked how long I had been at the practice and whether I lived locally. I said I'd been at the practice for about a year and a half and that I lived out past Springfield Lakes, but was looking to move to the area.

"And he handed me his business card and [said] that he might be able to help me with that."

Gerard then explained he had been asked by police to come in to document his injuries - Dr Beavan #badenclay

There it is .. but hadn't they already documented those injuries?

Did the police ever say that the Police had told him to see a Doc about documenting his injuries?

Simmons says he conducted a search of the house and found no medication. #badenclay

Couldn't GBC shaving over the top of the fingernail scratches cause a secondary type of injury, so when drs looked, it appeared like separate injuries? jmo Hope that makes sense. *scratches head*

Yes - that's what I think are the little bright red scratches/dots at the bottom of the nail scratches - done by sliding a razor horizontally to make little cuts.

"Opps - better make this look like a shaving injury - hack hack"

Total fail tho - so obviously different

Did the police ever say that the Police had told him to see a Doc about documenting his injuries?

Posted it on previous page...

Text copied from bail hearing docs...

On the morning of Saturday, 21 April 2012, the defendant attended a doctor at a Kenmore Medical Practice. At this time the defendant told the treating medical practitioner that he had been requested by police to attend the doctor and to have his injuries documented. He further requested a copy of his notes, stating that he would give them to police. Police did not request the defendant to do this and were unaware at that stage that the defendant had seen a medical practitioner. Later that day, the defendant attended a second medical practice in Taringa and again had his injuries documented. Medical opinion is that the marks to the defendant's face are unusual and unlikely to have been caused by shaving.
