edit - just went back and looked at the first post. The original example for a level 5 case was SOLVED. Who woulda thunk it!?! I still have to pinch myself sometimes!

Getting back on topic; I suppose there could be a theoretical higher level.

Level 6: Cases so perfect that we don't even know they were murders (no example by definition)

The Edmund Duff death would have fit that level before others started dying and authorities wised up.
