I have no theory..Can't make one till I have more facts. As of now I believe Haleigh succumbed to an accident or illness.

What does that mean? That she died and Ronald and Misty are trying to cover that up?

Elle, from the list you gave, I see no coincidences in any of them.

What would lead you to believe she died from either one?

So you have no theory, but you can readily discount other theories?

I don't think there are "coincidences" in a crime either. The things in the list that I stated speak to me at night when I try to sleep. Those reasons....among others is why I feel that Ronald, and Crystal for that matter, should be given a measure of compassion. Their daughter is gone and no-one has been brought to justice or offered up by Law Enforcement to be to blame. As far as I can tell LE won't be offering anyone up anytime soon either because they are at a loss. I hope everyday that Haleigh's case might be handed over to an independent task force that will look at it with fresh eyes and bring about some answers for all of Haleigh's family and the people who love her.

When you start a theory, you must rule out the obvious. No one has ruled out the two most important people in this crime.

Still cant do a theory because there is no time line. My problem lies with RC's work hours which LE won't confirm. Heck, there has to a theory behind the information they wont tell us about.

Ron and Misty are watching each other's back though, so they are major players. The inconsistent stories on both sides are a red flag. Changing of major parts of the story tells us something is not right here....and makes them look guilty.

There may be opportunity for RC involvment based on his work hours...time may be open on the front or back of the 8 hours.

I put him back in as suspicious based on opportunity of work hours. A pastor has said RC told him 8 hours and LE has said they are satisfied with RC and eight hours of timeline; however that leaves us with three unaccounted hours.

Then the wedding to Misty, the one who was home when Haleigh vanished. He stood by her, despite her not getting the story straight. One has to conclude he knows she is involved and ls staying with her or he is guilty and she is backing him.

They are staunchly supporting each other. Combine this with watching them spin a story tells me they are hiding something very important. This has led me to not be able to rule them out.

Sure there is room for many theories involving others but no truth to finding out what happened to Haleigh will happen till we rule out the two main people. My opinion is they are likely involved with Haleigh missing.

I realize I have given you only reasons why I think they are involved but with no evidence of Haleigh left in the home, a theory at this time is just a guess.

Here is another one I can add to the theory that some creep took her. He appears to have never been charged before at least that I can find. He is from Palatka.:

Investigators say they received a call from the girl's mother in May of this year She told them her four-year-old daughter was possibly victimized by Biegenwald between January 2006 and July 2008.

OMG! This might be as bad as the Chester Stiles. Glad he is in jail-3

Since you do not believe in coincidences I have a few for you....lol

Do you think it is a coincidence that Ronalds landlord was known to rent his empty properties to convicted sex offenders? A lot of landlords rent to SO's. They have to live somewhere. You'd be surprised how very many there are.

Do you think it was a coincidence that Ronald changed the locks on the home when he moved in? Most people do. Where is the coincidence??

Do you think it was a coincidence that Ronald didn't move back into the trailer after LE released it to him? This was VERY bothersome to me. I wouldn't leave my home where my lost daughter last was unless I "knew" she wasn't coming back.

Do you think it was a coincidence that Haleigh was taken while Ronald was at work? Has not been proven "when" Haleigh was taken.

Do you think it was a coincidence that Misty's "cousin" or whoever he was just happened to be visiting when Haleigh disappeared? Not a coincidence, but JO still bugs me

Do you think it was a coincidence Haleigh disappeared on the very night that an AC repairman was in the house and could very well have left the back door unlocked? We don't know that at all. Not a coincidence either.

Well, all I can say is with the new/correct birth time...the astro thread is hopping and it sure is accurate to Bern's drawing and my dreams....which were posted from day one.

I believe someone took her from the mattress on the floor......it was not a stranger abduction.....MC....I do not know if she was there or not at the time of the abduction. I do not feel RC or MC hurt her.....opportunity abduction.

Chesterp, are you going by the one with Ron's arrest time? On the new one with HaLeigh's correct birth time, the person said they can't figure it out. I don't understand any of it if it isn't spelled out for me.

I wish you could tell me why Misty changed the clothes she was wearing and the place she was sleeping.

Astro's are going by the recent article stating 2:16 AM...... BIRTH TIME nothing to do with the arrest time.

IMO Misty could have put in a movie for the children, fallen into a deep sleep before they did, and doesn't know the answers to those questions. Misty could have said "She was in the bed next to me" and without punction and clarification of her syntax that could obviously mean two totally different things. In the frenzy of the first 24 hours, it just might be within the realm of posibility that that miscommunication happened. Possibly people thought they knew what she meant and they didn't. There could be a very simple explanation. I believe it's also possible Misty did not want to appear remiss in her caretaking and, since she didn't exactly know the answers at first, filled in the blanks a little which obviously would be the wrong thing to do but might have happened.

My answers in purple.

Thank you for the input.

1. Yes SO do need to live somewhere, but my point was that Ronald was not the first to rent that trailer and he won't be the last. With a landlord that rents to SO's it is quite possible that one could have lived in that very home, or near it in one of the other properties. Therefore they would know the layout and etc...

2. You say most people change the locks, but I don't think that is true. Especially in a rental property. I have been renting houses for 18+ years and I have never, ever changed the locks. It costs money to change all the locks in the house and put up dead bolts....so for a single father to do that in a rental, I thought it was not the norm.

3. I see we agree about Ronald NOT moving back into the home. I pondered in length as to why Ronald would not go back after Haleigh went missing. Then I started doing some research and found out about the landlord...I won't post his name....and that he rents to convicted sex offenders. It makes a lot of sense to me now why Ronald would not go back. If a SO came into my home and abducted my child I wouldn't want to be there, nor would I trust the place anymore.

4. You are of the opinion that it has not been proven when Haleigh was taken but if we are to rely on what LE says is their timeline, it involves the hours that PDM has confirmed Ronald was at work.

5. Joe still bugs me too...so I guess we agree again.

6. Aah...the AC man. Le says he is cleared but thats it! We know nothing more about him, what he did while he was there.....or for that matter what door he used while he was there. Misty says she fed the kids out on the front porch while he was there so she could leave him to do his work. So did the AC man traipse through where the kids were sitting and eating or is it possible at all that he could have used that back door? You are right we don't know. I hope LE does. If Ronald said that door was always locked, and Ronald had left for work before the AC man arrived....Ronald wouldn't know for sure if that door was still locked.

I guess that covers it, thank you for taking the time to respond to my post, I enjoy a good healthy counterpost!

I wish you could tell me why Misty changed the clothes she was wearing and the place she was sleeping.

After reading this post I decided to post something that happened
at my house the other night....
Our daughter and her 2 little girls live with us and they have a room
right next to their moms.
Everyone was in bed and I went to check the girls and my 3 year old
granddaughter "P" was not in her bed so I went into my daughters
room to see if she had gotten in bed with her during the night.
She wasn't there so I freaked out and turned on the light and lo and
behold little "P" was laying on the floor with her PJ"s off.
She had gotten out of her bed and took off her PJ's and laid on my
daughters floor and fell back asleep without any of us knowing.

Kids do strange things when sleeping!

I don't have a solid theory on what happened with this little girl, but I feel that neither parent knows either! I hope I'm right! For whatever reason she was taken I hope she is alive and can be found, and returned to her family.
(however dysfunctional it may be, it is her family, and all seem to love and miss her)
I wonder if other countries have had flyers posted. Anything is possible, I just hope this story doesn't end up like Caylee(gone) or Madaline(lost too long) JMO

I think the key word there is "assistance". The FBI and FDLE roles are defined by PCSO. Assistance in checking out of state leads falls into the FBI's lap and they also provide their lab in Quantico for testing if needed. FDLE's role is checking out the rest of the state and providing additional tools in the search/investigation. The lead role has been PCSO. They can ask for the additional help from the other agencies...but it doesn't mean they are fully utilizing their expertise nor are they required to include them. I can't forget there was a brand new sheriff in town and with that comes ego, imo. He wasn't going to let this case go to another agency, imo.
I had high hopes for the task force being formed and what information they could glean from this case. However, when the information isn't there because it wasn't gathered properly or for whatever reason...the task force is already at a disadvantage.

I do believe the hearts of Putnum County officers are in the right place, but their inexperience has cost them in the long run, imo. They had no choice except to follow the lead of the new sheriff.

BBM: Also from what I read in John Walsh's book Tears of Rage local LE doesn't have to allow the FBI to investigate. They can deny thier assistance if they want, as in Adam's case.

I too can see what you mean about egos and the new Sheriff possibly having something to prove. This too was a factor, IMO, in the JBR case. I also believe that PCSO hearts are in it, just concerned that lack of experience may have cost us and Haleigh. I REALLY don't want to still be waiting to find out what happened to Haleigh 10 yrs from now. I'm still questioning JBRs murder.
