She also practically gave away the baby's location when she got so nervous when LE first searched the property, and told Broome she thought her mother hid her somewhere on the property. I would think that would be enough to convince LE that she was there, assuming Broome told police.
That, and anything else MB might have said while being questioned.
She might be determined not to ever admit fault but she is not bright enough to outsmart LE.

Just remember Casey Anthony- you don't have to be a genius to outsmart LE: Casey never admitted one thing and was stoic during interrogation. She had no feelings and was emotionless: this woman may be also--- Casey got away with it--- just sayin'
