Foxfire, it is my understanding you participated in the searches early on. Were you not told what to look for? Thank you in advance.
None of the items listed in the article above were shared with the searchers on the Easter weekend search 2011..or the media.. due to the antiquated silence strategy utilized by the TBI..
Imo, this strategy squanders the most valuable resource in missing persons investigations: The American Public...
I suppose a list of what we do NOT know may help also.
My theory is that Holly is the victim of a serial offender and she wasnt the first victim of this offender. He stalked her first and managed to blend in to the landscape, he rapidly gained control of her and had a very specific exit route.
I dont know if he took her a great distance. I think he has been very successful in hiding her, clearly, all of this time. My heart breaks for her family, LE and the searchers who have been working so long and hard to recover her.
Please add:
1) Were any repairs being done at the Bobo home (on that day or days leading to her disappearance)
2) Was there construction being done on a neighbour's home/property or any buildings in the area
3) What time is the mail delivered
4) Do they have a meter reader. If so, when and what time of day
5) Do they have newspaper delivery
6) Why was Clint Bobo home that morning when he was not supposed to
7) What kind of weapons did they have inside the home
8) Was anything taken from the home/garage/carport
9) Were Holly's keys left inside the vehicle or was it unlocked
10) Was the front door locked
11) Where did Holly exit from (front door, garage?)
12) Does Holly always take a lunch
13) Does Holly always take a coke can
14) Does Holly always have a camera in her purse
15) Do the Bobo parents always leave the home at that time every day
16) What are the distances from the home to the school, parents workplace
17) Did Holly always take her vehicle to school
18) Do they own their own four wheeler (s)
19) Was the gas money still on the counter where DB had left it?
20) Where was the large dog ....at that time of day? Was it on a chain? Did it bark at noises or strangers?
21) Are there any items of Holly's unaccounted for or missing?
22) Had Holly been the recent victim of vandalism, threats or theft? Had she ever sought a restraining order against someone?
23) What was the last phone number traced by her cellular carrier to Holly's phone? Where was the last ping? Was it a camera phone?
If I go with CB's version, IMO, the perp is young, inexperienced and this was his first crime. 20 minutes is a long time to be with your victim outside her home. Perp had to be really sure of himself that:
1) Nobody else was home or if somebody was home they wouldn't be a threat
2) Nobody would show up at the home (neighbour, family member, etc)
3) Nobody was around in the immediate aread to watch them walk into the woods
4) No other hunters hunting
He had the time, opportunity. We lack the motive.
~n/t~, I honor your opinion, but these are not indicators of a perp who is young, and inexperienced. These are indicators of an experienced psychopathic sexual predator; who is no stranger to the game...very organized & very disciplined...imo..
The obvious motive of a sexual predator is hidden in his description..
Tragically, even as well planned as Holly Bobo's abduction was. Due to the timely 911 calls, imo, Holly Bobo would have been rescued and the abductor apprehended or killed with a proper response and immediate actions; roadblocks, iniated by DCSO..
Maybe some preacher was burning with passion, went rogue and kidnapped her because the Lord told him to - together maybe they could start a whole new "holy" land.
:cow:
She had a restraining order against at least one ex-boyfriend. I believe it was BB.
I'll have to respectfully disagree with you. I think the perp is someone she knew personally hence the reason nobody was a threat to him. 20 minutes to squat and talk in a carport/garage is a long time for a professional sex offender. My experience with following these cases, the victim doesn't even have time to react. The perp subdues her immediately and within minutes they vanish and the body is disposed of quickly.
Her car was right there but instead he chose to walk with her which only reinforces my opinion that he wasn't concerned with anybody spotting them.
:moo:
Based on pics posted on social media, three out of four of her past/present boyfriends were avid hunters.
