Are all of you as puzzled as I am about the Bain's letting AM near any of the kids after the CPS allegation and investigation?

Was it really a false allegation? I'm having a hard time believing that, but it seems LE did their due diligence and came up with no evidence. The forensic examination of K surely would have revealed any abuse right?

The Bain's had a whole different life in Arizona, I found a website where they were involved with the home owner's society of the place they lived. GB was the director and JB was the treasurer. It is a huge place called River Ranch in St. John's AZ, I think that is where she felt the most comfortable and where all her friends are. And I also think maybe she thought it would be better too because AM would not be hanging around all the time. I think she only moved to TN to help GB with the care of his mother, I don't think it was something that was suppose to be long term. I hope they bury her in AZ.

I agree but it seems this entire thing happend because AM thought a child was his?

I think TM's lawyer is going to ask for it

The biological dad, MJ, has stated that DNA tests were done years ago on AB and that he has the paperwork to prove that she is his daughter.

Yeah, they would have examined her and talked to all the children. However that's not to say what was going on at the present time as far as how JB and AB felt about him. They were obviously a threat to him, whether in his mind or he knew they were wanting away from him. Apparently he was very good at masking himself to people, the neighbors liked him, so he was like two different people. I really feel he lived in a fantasy, MJ is saying AB is his, has proof and the youngest looks like her Dad, GB.

yes. Hi, I'm new but have been following this one, so... I'm jumping in. Too many loose pieces. This is one (the continued hanging out after allegations of inappropriate behavior). I'm trying to think how this could possibly be tolerated. Was this guy so smooth that he charmed his way out of it with the parents? I hardly think that a parent (particularly of 3 girls all of whom are hanging around this guy) would take that lightly. If people seemingly not involved saw his unusual level of interest in these girls, what was the reason they didn't, or if they did, couldn't put a stop to it? The lost puppy syndrome as others mentioned?

Why the aliases for AM, especially on FB?

Exactly. Just because he wasn't charged with anything doesn't mean it wasn't true. Obviously this man had a lot of people covering for him. His sister could have told one person she reported him and someone gave him a heads up. All he had to do was get rid of the *advertiser censored* and tell the little girls not to say anything. How often does that happen? Someone earlier said that it is so easy to report child abuse. I say, it's so easy to get away with child abuse! How often does the child go years without admitting that they were abused? The perp manipulates the child and gets them to lie on their behalf. I give props to the sister that reported him. If someone would have believed her and watched him more closely this probably wouldn't have happened.

If I am reading this correcly, Adam and Gary were going to drive the U-Haul the next day to Arizona. Sure seems like they were pretty tight.

There are several cases where the accused gets off free when they are in fact guilty. It needs to be a more thorough investigation. Such as the kids getting examined medically. Taking the child's word for it is not enough for the pedophile usually scares the child out of telling.

Yes, she loved Arizona, and she was in full time college to be an elementary school teacher. She said she had regretted moving back to TN ever since they left Arizona.

Sometimes, as in my case, they will do everything except intercourse.
 
I've been following the case here since the beginning, but every time I started to post, something would be reported and the horrific reality that this was actually happening stopped me from my seemingly frivolous piecing together the puzzle.

Anyways, so no great first post from me. However, I would like to say that I think the LE that rescued the girls are heroes. Those wildlife officers amaze me. A couple of years ago, a man and his son had killed two LE after they were stopped on the expressway in West Memphis Arkansas. It was a wildlife officer who stopped them in the Walmart parking lot by ramming his jeep into their car while simultaneously firing on them. It was caught on camera and was amazing to see. These guys are highly trained and extremely brave.

It was said that AB was spotted first. Then that both girls were "found" lying face down on the ground. I'm pretty sure those guys somehow had them do that. I wonder if they communicated with AB, who then got her sister to lie down with her. I bet they watched for a long time, waited until they could get AB close, then communicated with her. Hopefully we will hear more details about the actual rescue.

I'm not convinced they'd subject especially an 8 year old girl to an exam like that but I could be wrong. I think they'd first take her word for it before traumatizing her further.
