More than likely they bought new clothes before they left the store. She obviously didn't bring a lot of clothes with her. So they have probably been doing a lot of shopping.

Most likely, the news has been reporting they bought food with cash nothing about clothing.

Her wearing his shirt might be an indication that her bag was stolen, rather than her coming back and getting it.

To me, her hair and possibly his as well looks wet or as if it got wet and dried naturally rather than being styled. Anyone know the weather in the area that day? Or maybe this was shortly after they dyed their hair? If her hair IS wet in the photo, it would probably be quite a bit lighter when it dried.

I'm thinking they had just dyed their hair. Otherwise why wouldn't they have dried their hair after washing it? Even those travel center showers have hair dryers and towels.

Well she took a bathing suit maybe they went for a swim? They had no problem walking in a crowded Walmart. You can see those cameras right as you walk through the door. He's really stupid especially right after dying your hair to hide then get caught on camera.

Strange. It was at the very top of the linked page when I posted it. You know how some news sources have a 'cover picture' for each article and you can swipe through several different photos at the top and it changes to other featured articles/photos? That's where it was. Now, I don't see it either. I felt it was helpful because it showed her with red hair, similar to the red hair she had on the OK Walmart footage. Maybe if her sister is reading she can verify the photo? MCElizabethsSISTER, are you able to verify?

Thank you so much for posting. I did watch the video which showed that photo towards the middle. Her hair now looks darker red.

Also just realized the article is by chelsea Bretzel (spelling may wrong there). Anyone familiar with deorr's thread is probably familiar with chelsea. She is not a favorite reporter of mine based on deorr's case, so I guess I am not shocked that the picture is now nowhere to be seen at the link.

Mothers are supposed to be nurturing, loving, safe. Elizabeth got ripped off in the mother department. It's that horrible woman's fault that Elizabeth has fallen into this impossible trap. She is no better than the creep who kidnapped Elizabeth. Time is running out. This guy made a 'no turning back decision'.


If they went 'West', they could be in California even. Why hasn't their been a nation wide Amber Alert?

As has already been covered in the other threads, there is no such thing as a nationwide AA. AAs are issued at a local level.

Well, here's how I see it. TC is taking an awful chance having them both in the same store together. Everyone is looking for two people, and there they are. He's much less likely to get noticed going in alone. Instead he brings her along. He does this because he can't control her when she's out of his sight, or he doesn't trust her. So he brings her along with him. Captors, especially those who have been trained to be sub, will smile and know how to be good so their captors treat them well. It can be hard for people who haven't either been through it, or worked with it, to understand. ET's upbringing taught her to be a submissive, and I'm using that term meaning exactly what it means. TC is a dominant control figure, it's why he got into teaching, it's why he was a bully to anyone his equal it's why he changed jobs often, and it's why he "likes 'em young" so to speak. I'm going to bet his wife was very kind, quiet, did what she was told and that they got married very young doesn't surprise me. So he's got guns and she's his property and I'm sure he's told her how to act What I see is her looking up at him like a dog does at a dog show to see if he's pleased. He's not looking at her, he's maintaining control. This is not on any level an equal relationship. Walk into a store with one of your friends, or your spouse and you'll turn your head and talk with them. It's what people who are truly with each other do, unless they're upset with each other. She's keeping open body language, but it's still protective in the way she's tight. Her hair is stringy and greasy, teens don't go out in public looking like that. They won't even go out with a pimple on their faces and the wrong makeup. Anyone with a teen daughter has had to suffer through a bad hair day when they child won't go out and has a complete meltdown over being seen without being perfect. So no, I don't get the "I'm on holiday with the man of my dreams" vibe. There's no touching, only very stiff movements and while it was great to see her alive and breathing, the detached look on her face frightens me.

I wonder why they haven't released any other video of them from this WalMart. They said they know he only bought small items, nothing expensive, whatever it was exactly. That tells you they have video of them at the cash register checking out. If they have video of them entering the store, they surely have video of them leaving the same store. And I would bet they also have video of them in the parking lot going to their vehicle. So why is this the only one we get to see out of all of those?

They are releasing very little information, and very slowly. Typically LE only releases short video clips. Example: The Missy Bevers' murder inside a Midlothian Texas church. Almost a year later and they have still only released a few short video clips of the killer.
