I think WHEN he googled teen marriage, how to evade Rouge discovery and what mattress will fit in the Rouge will play a big factor in any other things he purchased to show planning.

This is just one item of evidence, so I believe he will serve time. But in terms of.how the defense will try to explain away pieces of evidence I definately think they will say he didnt get the pills for ET. If he had been on it awhile, IMO they will press the point that he used it for marital relations. As a 50ish woman, this piece of evidence could be explained away. Some of the other evidence is stronger IMO. The statements of people at the commune. renting rooms with only one bed..TC introducing himself and ET as a married couple and his admission to his wife. I hope they have that on tape and can ise it at the trial. I wonder if he will be changing his plea in the future and/or trying to strike a deal.

IIRC he actually refilled it twice before leaving, once a few weeks prior, and once a few days prior to going on the run. I think JC will be able to shed some light on if he used any or all of the first script before refilling again. IMO

You are a woman and I can understand how you could think this.

However, I am a man. I can say with no doubt, if the gun isn't cocked it will not shoot.

edit:
My Friend's father had a prescription for Viagra, and to be honest he only used it for himself. I think it was just a mental thing for him to be sure everything still worked.

This may not be the case for you men can have orgasms without erections according to this article:

He used it for marital relations, while illegally on the run...and not available for marital relations? If it were for "marital relations" he wouldn't need to take it with him. Any prosecutor worth a darn would tear that argument apart, IMO.

And let's not forget the KY purchase they made together at a Walmart.

I think the answer is obvious. She felt compelled to volunteer the prescription information to LE for a reason. JMO.

And TC's daughter speaks out and a more from JC

The daughter of Tad Cummins is standing by him, despite allegations that he kidnapped a 15-year-old student and spent more than a month on the run while traveling across America.

“He was the definition of what a good father should be and he still is," Ashley told Inside Edition. "I believe that. He needs to at least know that everybody's not against him."

Removed my post! After reading her other comments I tend to agree she's speaking too freely. Who's advising her?

Oh good lord...every single person involved in this case needs to shut up. It's turning into even more of a media spectacle. And certain people are making themselves look very...pathetic.

She wants her side of the story out and I think it's therapeutic for her. She couldn't discuss it for weeks. She's still processing it, may not be the best decision but I think she feels she needs to do this.

I can totally relate to her, actually. I just think her head most likely still spinning from the weight of all of this. JMO

Someone who cares about her needs to be honest with her and guide her through this. Surely there is someone in her life who can explain how poor of a decision this is!!

I deleted that comment after reading her calling it an "affair". She hasn't accepted what TC did to a young teen is not an affair. Wow.

Problem is, they would need to be out of that area. Most of that rural TN town believes this. They believe MC is just as guilty as TC. It's completely heartbreaking to see what they write about her. She will never recover in this town.

Hence her head is still spinning. She needs some time and distance to be able also process. In her first interview she said TC was a grown man and ET didn't have a choice.

She is now calling it an affair.

She isn't thinking straight, IMO.

Honestly, I wonder how many more TC calls she has accepted now. She was with him basically her whole life. Certain aspects of unhealthy relationships (manipulation, codependency, control, etc. All things, IMO she experienced) don't just go away. I think she is still very vulnerable to his control, and I hope she has someone really strong and honest that can counsel her. (Though, I suspect she doesn't have anyone like that.) Clearly, she doesn't get it, and that's exactly what TC wants.

JMO

This in addition to previous poster, kid gloves might be coming off.
