From a prearranged meeting spot on the pretext of doing something nice for her mom...A bit different IMO than coming to the girl's window after 11pm and persuading her to leave. If grooming is involved, I just think that contact would be necessary, at least with somewhat regularity.

I know naivety likely plays a major role in any case where this kind of persuasion is involved, and if it is indeed this kind of situation, I agree with you it may not have been a whole lot of contact. I don't think she was surprised at the window of her bedroom by a complete stranger. JMO

Yes, but....like I said Amy was pre-internet and cell phone. The tech today allows the kind of contact that can lend a familiarity with someone you only may have had incidental contact with. Its still possible that she was lured to a pre-arranged meeting spot with the promise of something. Photograph a sunrise? Something to do with an animal? I am not married to any particular theory, just brainstorming to see what shakes out.

Agree with you about the possible naïveté and with the grooming. I just wonder how much grooming would need to be done with a good enough ruse.

Unsure if this has already been considered or not. speculation, imo.
Super Bowl: 33 arrested for sex trafficking in Atlanta in run-up to game

"Authorities say four victims have already been rescued. Advocates for sex trafficking victims say sex traffickers are attracted to large sporting events, such as this Sunday’s game between the Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots, the pinnacle of the National Football League’s sporting year."

Another link about the most recent arrest that just happened a little while ago (not the one at the gas station last night)

Arrest made
From the article:

"The Monroe County Sheriff's Office confirms there has been an arrest in the disappearance of 14-year-old Savannah Pruitt.

The sheriff's office was not able to provide any other details, including the circumstance of the arrest or whether Pruitt had been found.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says it is assisting."

If LE doesn’t believe that she ran away nor has been in touch with anyone through her phone/social media where does that leave us? Someone in physical contact with her somehow? Mover? Family friend? Relative? Other? FP?
I don't know, but as margarita said upthread, it would be nice to know if everyone in her immediate family (well, the parents, anyway) took a polygraph. Although, there have been cases where polygraphs have given false results- Jessica Lunsford's poor grandmother comes to mind, as she failed the polygraph because she was so upset and nervous. Still, I haven't seen anywhere that the family has been cleared in her disappearance.

If this guy is involved in her disappearance, I hope they get it out of him where she is and they can find her safe and return her to her family. I worry at how long she has been gone and whether or not he did any harm to her, seeing as he was alone at the gas station. They said they towed his car- if she was in that car, I am sure some kind of evidence will be found of her.

@kkdj, are animals sold with real estate where you are?

Yes, it is common if the seller is moving to the burbs or out of state. Now, not high dollar thoroughbreds or a treasured family dog. But grade horses, barn cats, ducks, geese, etc. I’ve had a moment where I could move, lol, & bless the buyer of my farm, believe me.
If we had pic of Savannah with horse we could compare to Zillow pics.

Always a good idea to brainstorm and pass ideas around. I appreciate your input.

OT Nice French touch. As a former teacher of French, I commend your accent placement.

ohhh...interesting. when i just saw that ANOTHER arrest had been made, i started to get confused since there is another savannah missing, too. which made me think to myself: has there been an uptick in missing girls over the last few weeks or am i just crazy/spending way too much time reading here?? then your post pops up. great observation. it's SUPERBOWL weekend next weekend. crazy. seriously, i've been here for years and i don't recall seeing so many girls/women going missing, one after the other, almost daily, as i have the last couple of months/weeks, (or so it seems). i don't even like to think about it, but could it be for trafficking for superbowl?! yikes. so terrifying. i hope these ladies are found soon. all of them.
