I think CB might not really know what time it was when she noticed SW was missing. I think she spent some undetermined amount of time looking, but what caused her to call 911 was more that she (and the others) looked all the places they could think of or had the ability to search (as opposed to what time it was). Then she called DW and then HCSO. It is possible she didn't realize what time any of these things happened at the time they happened. Some because she wasn't paying attention and some because she was panicking.

If that's the case, why didn't CW call 911 earlier?
Maybe her general history with police and thinking that she would be blamed for her daughter's disappearance???? Maybe hoping she would find her before DW came home?? Been here on WS long enough to know what the usual outcome is in these type of cases and who usually is responsible

DW : some good women have helped him understand how evil this world is

IMO, the way Don's mind runs, this is either a dig at his evil (Don-proclaimed) lying stepsister, considering it's just recently that he finished ranting against her (again, some more); or it's an honest commentary upon nice supportive women from his congregation.

I pity LE trying to figure out what the heck all of these people mean when they say things.

But, we want DW to follow the 10 commandments. It will be good for him.

I don't think he will be the one to find SW if HCSO, the TBI, and FBI can't find her. Remember, they supposedly have all the information he can provide them. Omg, why can't they find her?

(Seriously, crying now.)

The circumstances, the deatails that come from an investigation are missing. <modsnip> Today, if an investigation finds it happened then any child experiencing it today or within a statute of limitation should act on it legally. Otherwise, get to finding Summer Moon from a different vantage point. She is not lost in the past, she is a person very young who needs to be located, now, in the present.

The I am only talking about definitions, not morality or right and wrong. I believe in investigations, not hearsay and he said she said. Roumers and family gossip shouldn't convict someone, however, it should be reason to get legal answers. An investigation gives weight and proof to the truth of any matter. If he admits to anything, truthful details are still necessary, for literala record.

In Summer Moon's case, H is a minor. The Wells case with a step-sister and brother , two minors at the time. To bad there was no help then by legal means. His record would not be allowed in public domain today. His record would have been sealed.
Right… no legal record. But he SAID it.

We will not know if SA was happening until Summer is found. I think that's why CM advised his audience to keep it a separate issue. But it still concerns me that DW said he was on top of a portion of her body when he awakened that morning. I can't remember which interview it was but I'd like to go back and watch it again. I think CM also asked him what she was wearing and DW said he could not remember. I find that odd. JMO
That was in the 1st call from DW to CM (catching up, apologize in advance if someone said this)

That's sad and pathetic.
Poor little Summer. :(
Without judgment, it would help if the family did some of this stuff so that maybe more eyes could be looking out for Summer! But IMO it’s absolutely amazing someone from an internet thread had the compassion and desire to go out posting fliers for summer!!!!!!! @Mountain_Kat

Is that the guy from work who allegedly has an alibi that DW spoke of previously? The man with the yellow car/suv? He said he's fired 5 guys in a row so it's a little confusing.

This man's first name is Jackie, if that helps. I'm reluctant to post his last name here. I was able to hear it with headphones on.
bbm
Yes, it's hard to figure out who DW's referring to, at any given moment.
It's a shame good help is so hard to find these days ;) ..... terminated 5 employees in a row ?

I keep thinking there's a "Jamie" as well as a "Jackie".
Will have to go back and listen.
MOO.

He kinda quickly changed the subject to what she was wearing when she disappeared (well, what Candus said she was wearing).

As far as her being "under him," I'll play devil's advocate here and say that anyone who has slep with a small child knows they are little acrobats and usually shove limbs under their parents, turn sideways and upside down, etc. I don't find that part particularly alarming.

From what I have read here DW has read the guy he fired for filth. I mean, idk this guy he fired. But...
"Filth" ?
An unkempt appearance ?
DW doesn't strike me as the type to expect workers to show up well groomed and tidy.
Just saying.
Although that could mean other things as well....

Imo.

Short amount of time? I'm wondering why the 911 call was delayed.

iirc, DW said that CW called him right away and he told her to call 911. He said that he made it home in 30 minutes. He thought he got home at 5:30 but said he was told it was 6:30 but LE weren't there yet and CW was out looking for SW. I believe it's been reported that the 911 was made at 6:30. If that's the case, why didn't CW call 911 earlier?
Where was DW between 5:30-6:30? Was anybody with him that can verify?

Ten minutes? Well, i guess considering how long it takes LE to get out to where they are. Plus, it has to be two cars because reasons.

But that seems a pretty short amount of time. That means she wasn't discovered missing until 6:20.

I mean... What?
Yes, that is what the dispatch call seems to indicate ….

And then, it took Police approx 40mins to arrive on scene…

Once there, and realising the location etc there were a lot of dispatch calls for back up with specialist crews etc by LE
