I think the jurors are smart enough not to buy all this bs this <mod snip> is spewing.
They have already got the idea that Jodi is guilty of murder and just because she says she can't remember dosen't discount the fact that she did commit murder and it was premeditated.
The jurors already know the defence is going to put somebody up there to bla bla bla about it's not her fault.
I guess having a shower is a good excuse to butcher someone according to the defence.

This is pure BS...my cousin was shot and her daughter was murdered right before her eyes....by her strung out, drugged, husband. She was diagnosed with PTSD 15 mons after the event. She remembers every detail of the shootings and what transpired afterwards...crawling to the neighbors begging them to call the police, the EMS arriving and not being allowed to come and help her and her daughter until the police had secured the crime scene....no need to go through it all here. But saying JM had PTSD is B/S.

I have PTSD. Jodi doesn't. She is a murderer. I know the difference.

I don't know how one can accurately diagnose someone in JAIL unless they are a specialist. A lot of this diagnosing criteria involves circumstances, such as one's future, that exist outside the jail or prison and any prisoner could easily be given at least a depression diagnosis given the circumstances.

I cannot understand how anyone is going to believe that Travis was furious and extremely threatening just because his camera may have been dropped less than 2 feet onto a soft rug. Jodi dropped the camera as she started to stab Travis.
