I just find the timing of the release of this new video very odd. She used the media after she was arrested so what would stop her and the defense from releasing it now that the Dr has testified and using the media again. Very odd timing.

How did Fox news obtain this video? It wasn't shown before but part of her interrogation video. So, who releases it to the media and gives the OK to air it?

In the photos, Jodi was dressed to travel not for taking consensual snapshots in the shower. The ky, knife and rope were part of the 'fantasy' they spoke about. Jodi kicked it up with the gun. She brought them with her.

Like I said before, Jodi ALWAYS pushed it over the line sexually with Travis. Travis was finished with the fun and games she provided. He was ready to move to the next level which Jodi could never fulfill.

Needless to say I had to enlighten them on their BS via Youtube replies... I can't deal with ignoramuses spreading pure crap.

Try to watch the video before she was arrested, in black top/white pants...very interesting.

And she has no remorse, never will. So why allow her to sit in prison, to have even some semblance of a life, when she took Travis's??

I'm normally against the DP but not here.

I don't believe there was a rope whatsoever. It was just her convenient explanation for the knife in the area.

If there had been rope, there would have DEFINITELY been pictures! I mean, that would take a LOT of work to get it wrapped around the headboard of a sleigh bed. No way, the phone-sex-recorder-and-budding-professional-photographer isn't getting pics of THAT!

Right? I'm starting to think they know self-defense has gone down the proverbial toilet, so they are attempting to show insanity. It wouldn't surprise me since I think the defense team is a little sneaky.

In Arizona insanity can only be used if the defendant didn't know the difference between right and wrong. JA has said multiple times she did something wrong.

Not a lawyer, obviously, but I also think it's something you have to state upfront, you don't get to pull it out late inthe game.

I don't know the rules about diminished capacity, but even if the DT could argue that, the premeditation (which IMO is very obvious to the jurors) woudl wipe that out.

If they could show the clip of her singing and then put the words of the song on a large screen, that alone would convict this monster!

That video is downright creepy. First it looks as if she is stalking the sleeper. Then,with the singer on the ledge, it suggests she is contemplating suicide. The words sound as if she wants to take him with her. That last scene suggests her dead body on the bed. Perhaps the singer did not intend to convey any of this but it could be read that way. No wonder JA knew this song!

That's what I wondered. They also have more autopsy pictures than were shown in court (I heard Dr. Drew say that when the trial first started). Very curious to me.

The stabbing did come first. The defense has done a great job concentrating on the shooting. Look how many posters have bought into that. Keep your mind on the gun and you forget the slaughter with the knife.

The jury is not sequestered. Somebody could hear it. Maybe get a mistrial if they owned up to hearing it. Things are not looking well for her at all.

Am I the only one who thinks the rope is a made up after thought by Jodi? I see zero evidence in the photos of there ever being a rope there. There are nudie pix of both of them and the relible KY in sight. Isn't it extremely likely that the would have gotten a photo of the rope play?

Remember Travis did not plan on Jodi's visit. Even is she called him at 8pm to tell him she was coming, is it likely he would of ran out to JoAnn fabrics (who closes at 9PM mind you) and buy 20feet of upholstery cording?

She knew there were fibers or threads collected at the scene, so she invented the rope for an excuse for having a knife. The story is ridiculous though, of Travis measuring it out to the bathroom to cut it. She brought the knife. If there was actually an innocent reason the knife was there, she would have said it.

Even if she did drop the gun, wouldn't she just go pick it up instead of a knife after free of Travis? There's so many implausibilities in her story.

IMO Jodi answered some questions that any human being can manipulate and lie about. To me when he was describing fight or flight, he was describing what Travis went through as he was being murdered by that psychopath. I think this jury will see through all the "fog" just like so many people already have.

I DO NOT believe Travis ever said that or that he lunged at her. I believe she caught him off guard with that knife and he cold not speak! He was trying to get tothat sink to cough up the blood and breathe. He NEVER had a chance. There was no fight. Only a slaughter. Why can't people see this?!

Didn't seem to hurt her any and the jury may only associate it with a gal who was acquitted of murder.

Amanda Knox has not been acquitted yet. There's still one more level to go. They may uphold either lower court ruling, deny it or decide to retry.
