Here's something ya'll will enjoy - he spent 21 hours in 2001 attending an 'Assessing Psychopathy' course! Maybe he's the one with amnesia! :floorlaugh:

Gross but...I'm always wondering what JA's breath smells like. Too many things I could think of but buzzards is my usual thought.

Nurmi is bent over whispering to JA near her ear . . . she appears to be listening intently . . . . JM is patiently waiting . . . took a long sigh . . .

judge is writing notes. . .

JA appears to be holding her breath an looking somewhat in shock (?IMO)

she is looking down - turing around to talk to mitigation specialist . . . JA whispering and the Mitigation specialist is smiling - as se leaves - JA is smiling back @ her.

not quite sure what we are waiting on . . .
JA scratching behind her left ear . . . .

examining her hangnails . . . .

she is picking @ her fingernails . . . .

now JA is reading or drawing?

mitigation specialist appears to be texting someone.

Juan s looking extra good today......just sayin

OMG my blood is boiling seeing JA's mother laugh it up!

My post on previous thread:
I really wonder what all JA's mother has to laugh about. I don't think the jury is there, but I would think she would do her stress relief laughing (if that is what it is) elsewhere. Her child is on trial for murder in a death penalty case.

Also saw JA looking down and drumming her fingers, just bored at her trial I guess. Now that Nurmi has spoken to her after sidebar she looks a bit unhappy. boo hoo Anyways, it's all rather bizarre.

Hopefully any silly stuff the current witness planned to spew has been disallowed by the judge.
:twocents:

JA and the mitigation specialist sure had a good chuckle. Idiots!

Why? She didn't kill anyone.

That's beside the point, imo and has nothing to do with proper manners inside a courtroom.

She is in court during a very serious case where a young man cruelly and senselessly lost his life and her daughter is on trial for it and could receive the death penalty. It is ridiculous how much this woman has laughed throughout this very sad and serious trial.

But she may have the same traits as her daughter has and really doesn't care how she acts.

IMO

O/T Question - not the first time I've noticed Jean and Beth in court, but they never sit together. Anybody know what's up with that?

They have worked together for years. I'd imagine they are friends. Does tht bother you that they sit together?
