that JM keeps Doc on the stand all day today, then the other defense witness on the stand wed, mon and tues. I'm heading out to Vegas and I do NOT want to miss Juans rebutal case.

I think Doc Hamwells brought his suitcase yesterday with him to court because he thought he would only be on the stand for 1 day and then he could fly/drive home. Obviously he didn't have a suitcase full of JA case files - nope, it had to be his clothes.

LOL now that's funny! I was just going to post my thoughts on how masterful Juan Martinez took apart Samuels opinions/testimony before the jury in effect pulling back the curtain to expose the emperor has no clothes. You said it best!

I believe the judge asked the jury to be there by 10am and not that court would start at that time. Usually they start at 10:30.

Maybe they're waiting for Dr. Samuels. I'll bet he's still looking for that phantom answer sheet! :great:

Yes I was thinking the same thing! When I read about the ties! JM had just raked Samuels over the coals for sending gifts.

I posted on the other thread but I took them to court, asked the proper channels what to do with them, was questioned as to who/what/how they came (I was just the deliverer from a courtwatcher from another state w/ no connection to any of the players here who gave her full name to them) and I was given instructions on how to deliver them and did that exactly as I was told.

No worries guys...really!
