When the evidence is overwhelmingly against you, you will grasp at straws in order to avoid the death penalty, I assume. Facing the DP, the defendant can be expected to lie her a@@ off. The public defenders have no choice if their defendant won't take a plea. The paid experts that try to help the murdering defendant are the soulless souls that sell their souls. :seeya:

She tried to offer Juan a plea deal to 2nd degree murder, he refused it. He NEVER offered her a plea- it's up to the prosecutor.

Several days ago a poster (can't remember who, sorry) posted a YouTube video of Daffy Duck coming out of the shower (dropped his towel ha ha) and his stalker girlfriend was sitting on his bed ... and began ranting about this Tina girl that he was cheating with (in her mind).

I have been googling my brains out trying to find it online, but can't seem to find it. It was soooooo funny. But anyway, the stalker girlfriend reminds me of Willmot (her voice).

SPEAKING OF THIS REMINDS ME OF ONE OF THE JUROR'S QUESTIONS FOR JODI..

It was the juror question that asked her to use the overhead diagram of Travis' bedroom/bathroom area as reference for Jodi to describe the events as they happened on June 4 while pointing out where and when using the diagram..

Sam's statement here about Jodi running out of closet INTO THE HALL WAY, rather than into the bathroom..this is not the first time that the "mistake" has been made during the trial..

Jodi, herself while using the diagram to point out and describe the actions and movements of the murder ALSO SCREWED UP her "story" in this exact same way..

Jodi accidentally said that when she ran into the closet, climbed up and retrieved the gun, that she then exited BACK OUT THAT SAME CLOSET DOOR AND INTO THE HALLWAY RAN DOWN THE HALL AND THEN BACK INTO THE BATHROOM..

This IMO was huge because not only a huge inconsistent screw up, but MORE importantly in her indicating her positions and Travis' positions during this point of the crime SHE ALSO HAD TRAVIS NOT CHASING AFTER HER DOWN THE HALL AND INTO THE CLOSET..INSTEAD SHE HAD TRAVIS STAY IN THE BATHROOM THEREFOR SHE RUNS OFF TO CLOSET WITHOUT TRAVIS CHASING OR FOLLOWING, RETRIEVED GUN(Travis still not chasing or following due to she has him still in the bathroom).. AND THEN SHE COMES BACK OUT OF CLOSET INTO THE HALL AND THEN RUNS BACK INTO THE BATHROOM WHERE TRAVIS IS THEN SHOT..

IMO THIS WAS SO HUUUUUGE..AND I CERTAINLY HOPE THE JURORS TOOK NOTE OF IT AS WELL..

ANYONE REMEMBER WHAT DAY THAT DIAGRAM RUN THROUGH WAS DONE BY JODI?.. I'd love to repost it so that we can see where Jodi makes this huge flub up in her "story"..

Check Samuels suitcase. He had so many exhibits on the stand including notes from his own notebook. I thought about the possibility of them getting mixed up at the time. He is so scattered that it could of easily gotten picked up in err.

Is it just me or did anyone else hear right at the end when Wilmot asked him what Travis supposedly said to her and he replied with the "I'll kill you you f'ing b*tch", and Wilmot asked him whether or not he said "f'ing" or the actual word, and I swear he replied "Yes, SHE did." I have to check that out when it's up on YouTube.

Seems, to me anyway, that this has become very personal for Wilmott. Her animosity towards the prosecutor is blatant. Does anyone remember LDB and how well she handled Baez? As exasperating and annoying as he was, she never let it show that it was personal. Wilmott, IMO is being extremely unprofessional. To me she should have been called on the fact that she blatantly ignored one of the judge's "sustained" objections.

I do NOT like her......at all.

Sad that it's not personal in the same sense that it is for Juan. This case is PERSONAL for Juan, and it shows in his unending quest for justice for Travis. He may get fired up but he hasn't ever been disrespectful.

For Jennifer Willmott, it's personal but not because she believes her client is innocent and should be acquitted. It's simply that she wants to WIN! She wants to be seen as the attorney that went up against Juan Martinez and won. When things don't go her way, her cattiness and nastiness comes out. It's so unprofessional and disrespectful. Her behavior is even disrespectful to JA, who, believes me deserves very little respect at all...but does deserve a fair trial w/ competent and professional counsel.

Jennifer Willmott needs to realize that this case has NOTHING to do with her personally, and should keep herself in check.
