I hope this jury comes back with a guilty of first-degree murder verdict in a matter of hours like saying "THAT'S how it's done!"

Yeah, but it would be better if after jury instructions, and they are dismissed to deliberate, they said, "That's ok judge, we have a verdict. We don't want to waste anyone's time." :)

"Did she feel helpless?" "Yes." Uh... time to put up the autopsy photos.

thats what i said lol

so hes either lying today or yesterday either way hes lying under oath.

man his career is O.V.E.R

Or, he just got the brother's statement in the past 24 hours via mitigator/mom note passing. hmmm?

So let me get this straight....

Wilmott and the Doctor <mod snip>, want us to ignore her answer that she's tramatized by her non sexual assault by a stranger BUT all her other answers are to be believed.

How many questions do we have to go through??

HA HA HA JM is getting on Jennifer's nerves.

Indeed. And it's no accident, imv.

JM doesn't suffer fools or foolishness gladly - and he sees what JW is doing and perhaps he's hoping to goad her into wrapping this up sooner rather than later.

"Okay, let's talk about question 22...."

I feel like committing hary cary.

Whoa, whoa, whoa...to the question based on the "real" story she told you, did she think someone else's life was in danger? She answered "YES"! I thought she said she had no intention of shooting Travis? How could he be in danger of being harmed then?????

So Wilmott just proved a

very definite possible maybe.

This questioning is ridiculous.

What is Willmott trying to do anyhow? I suspect the jury is over it. :coffeews::therethere:

She is trying to have a ' Do Over' and have each question answered again right now, to magically give her PTSD/:furious:

It doesn't MATTER if they were answered "before" or "after" the "truth".

WE KNOW SHE LIES TO MAKE THE TEST FIT!

LOL Jennifer almost tripped up she almost said "what she claimed" ... and stopped mid statement and said what she said really happened ....

Dear Diary,

Started nosing around since there's clearly nothing noteworthy happening in Maricopa County Superior Court today.

I noticed that Sue Stodola is the defendant's mitigation specialist.

The woman we've been watching -- the one who's sitting at the desk behind the large guy whose right index finger is in his nose -- is not Sue Stodola.

So, is it Ms. Stodola's representative?

Who is this woman?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Not gonna have at ya! I appreciate any and all thoughts on this. It's just so impossible for normal people to believe it could happen the way it appears to have happened. Not to mention the absolute MESS she left behind pointing to a crime of passion/temporary insanity type deal. What you are saying above, In particular, the part I bolded, makes perfect sense to me. I just can't get my mind around stealing a gun, not borrowing, but STEALING it, and making an effort (gas cans) to leave no tracks in Mesa, and the presence of mind she had in her actions AFTER the crime to be irrefutable proof of premeditated cold-blooded murder.

All that said... It only takes ONE.

I have no idea of the dynamics between grandma, grandpa and Jodi. Loved her, put up with her, tired of her. No idea.

With that said I think Jodi wanted that gun. She was a young, beautiful woman traveling thousands of miles perhaps sleeping in her car.

Maybe grandpa would not give it to her..maybe if she asked he would have. I don't know. It ended up she took it and he called the police and reported it missing. And yes I do believe this gun is one and the same.

As far as the gas cans she said, yes I know she lies, that she and Darryl always kept gas cans in the trunk when they traveled across the desert. Heck I would. I said that way back when..before it was known. People have habits and that was theirs. She didn't want to run out of gas. Period.

I don't think she was 'in a fog'. I think she was in a rage..she saw black.

When she left Travis house the coverup began. Everything to avoid the inevitable. There was no going back. The deed was done.

I am a bit surprised she didn't do a better job of covering up in the house. The blood on the washing machine has always bothered me. The only evidence downstairs...strange that she didn't clean that up.

The way those roommates lived she could have stayed in the room with Travis until late and done a good job of cleanup. She didn't. Makes me curious. She seems more precise than that.

I know mine is not a popular line of thinking. But this is a discussion board and I do believe there are a lot of people scared to speak their minds because the flow is going one way only.

Thank you for your comments. I enjoyed reading them.

No! No! No! Forget about the darn test scores. The jury doesn't care. :furious:
