This Judge is a joke. Sorry but that's how I feel.

I think today's sidebars are clearly showing jurors who's trying to get to the truth and who's trying desperately to keep the truth from being revealed.

I really believe that the judge is doing alright. I believe one of our lawyers said one of the things she is doing is making sure none of the lawyers look foolish in front of the jury. I think it is SOP to give the defense latitude in a DP case. I don't think she is being unfair, or allowing too many sidebars. I think she is doing her very best to assure that a conviction will not be overturned later.

I don't agree with all the methods and quirks that Nurmi and Willmot use but they are fun to watch. Nurmi with his sloth like movement and Willmot with her meerkat looks and huffy walks up to the judge during a side-bar. They actually crack me up.
Notwithstanding, Mr JM is very professional while he waits.

It was while doc was reading. She sat still sooo long and stared straight ahead....I thought the feed has frozen. Then I saw her head kinda nod a little and her eyes slightly shift. Creeeepy.

Don't know how to screen shot on my laptop. It's not a Mac. :blushing:
