The defense just left chambers and exited out the front door of the court. #JodiArias Juan and Flores are still here chillin'.

Alyce just arrived wearing some sort of floral type pattern with a red shirt below. She had on a backpack

I'm sure Juan will have some hypotheticals about Jodi to let the lady psychoanalyze.. Like a woman who stalks her boyfriend, climbs through doggy doors, eaves drops, searches through his phone, sends threatening emails to girlfriends, hides in closets, hits her mother...what else am I missing?

Great list! adding....

tire slashing
dog kicking

So this guy got LWOP for pleading to first-degree murder?

What does a person who not only does not admit to murder but continues to lie and slander the victim deserve? Death row is much too good for her!

I agree. I wish someone would take her out and put everyone out of this misery. I usually don't think things like this, but this trial has been a circus with most of the people bowing down to the murderer.

Anyone think that JW will keep ALV on the stand until the end of tomorrow's abbreviated court session? I figure that she wants the jury to be left with ALV's testimony about poor Jodi as a victim of Travis' abuse for the long weekend. :moo:

Exactly! Boy, the more film footage of this wit...woman that is released the clearer it becomes to see her true personality slip through.

That portion of the interrogation tape recently released when she asks to go to the restroom and Flores says he'll get someone to take her and she gets pissy that she will now have to be handcuffed wherever she goes and she says in the snottiest tone-"I'm not violent"... "Its not like I'm gonna run" (or try to escape- something to that effect)... "this is Yreka"!

What a little biotch! Even under her circumstances- you really see what a little psychopath she is. She has been arrested for first degree murder and is pulling the attitude she is with a seasoned detective. I wish someone would beat the crap out of her in jail- I really do, and I HATE to say that!

Oh, someone will...and I don't hate to say that. She has had it coming for a L-O-N-G time.

I apologize for reposting, but does anyone have an answer? (please let the answer be yes (more new witnesses!)

Juan can bring on rebuttal witness to rebut the defense's case. But, of course, that means a looooooooooooooong drawn out cross by Nurmi....argh

Dallas in da house!

woot!:rocker:

My ex-boyfriend went to SMU grad school. I love Dallas! All the girls are pretty!
I spent most of my time in Houston, then Dallas, got married & moved to San Antonio & now Corpus!

I'm not annoyed with it. I think in this case that standard has been WELL met. And we haven't yet heard rebuttal even.

I have faith in this jury. I think they will put it all together. Its the people in the media that make me crazy mad at the way they describe it. Which if they continue to describe it that way, people watching start buying into it. I have a friend who after watching just the trial has said she doesn't know if she would be able to convict Jodi much less sentence her to death after only watching the trial. ( she has not followed any part of this case besides watching the trial.) Her reason, b/c there is a possibility that he attacked her b/c she says he did. I have been sending her info through email that she will read after the trial is done and the jury deliberates to see if her mind will change. But I did I quickly cleared up beyond reasonable doubt to her. She knows I get emotional over some cases.

There was never any threat to Jodi personally from Travis in terms of her going along to what he wanted to do. She clearly had an agenda. You don't live with someone for 4 years and the minute you start to have financial problems you head out the door to look in greener pastures. This is what Jodi did. Her actions were to get into another relationship that provided her with security and advancement. Has nothing to do with domestic violence. She had no problem, whatsoever, leaving Darryl and she claims he was good to her. Jodi was done with him the minute he became useless to her. There did not seem to be any working on a resolution to their problems she just put an end to her relationship with Darryl without skipping a beat and went on to her next sexual partner.

Travis having just met Jodi I do not think just burst into her bedroom at the Hughes. I believe he was invited if it ever happened. Also I can't help but think that the Hughes may have some testimony about that night and their thoughts that it never actually happened the way Jodi portrays it. jmo

Right on! She dropped DB like a piece of used toilet paper...but she loves to say that TA made her feel like that. Karma train keeps a rollin':great:

Hopefully the jury is seeing what we are seeing...that Travis was abused.

Naw... they have a habit of turning the witness over to JM the last 30 minutes to an hour so that it's JM's words stuck in the jurors heads all weekend...

HLN, during the Casey Anthony case, is why I finally tossed out my television and haven't watched since. Television is a method to dumb-down society so they don't think for themselves. We're such a lazy bunch that we take whatever people say on television (or else where) as gospel without applying any critical thinking on our own. The majority is so easily influenced (if an high profile person endorses something... etc) that it's scary!

Case in point: I, along with thousand of others feel the ME in this case is wrong about the knife wound coming first. It's okay if he's wrong. And it's okay if I'm wrong. The point is, I challenge it and don't just take his word for it because he's a 'professional'. In my 54 years around the Sun, I've come to realize we're all fallible!

My husband says the exact same thing about tv and magazines.
