ALV summary of testimony;

I talked to Jodi and her family, who tried to sell forged letters to the NE, and believed every word of it. Therefore I'm an expert with common sense and professional attributes.

Just to speak up for my girl Katie, she happened across this taping for a local news outlet as she walked out the courthouse. She was walking past , saw others take their pic with him, and asked for one herself. It was completely unplanned and spontaneous (I know as I've heard this story out of her mouth many times--she adores and respects Juan Martinez so she was excited about it). HLN put that pic on their front page this week...we discussed this just yesterday at lunch. She asked for none of it other than the photo.

And those of us who attended the Scott Peterson trial remember the nearly daily press conferences Mark Geragos gave on the courthouse steps. JM did NOT give a "press conference". He posed for some photos. He NEVER walks out the front of that courthouse unlike Nurmi and CO who have done so many times as I've walked right out with them!!! Gone down the same elevator even.

this was a stunt by Nurmi to try and grasp at a straw and disarm JM (good luck with that). Do I have to add the prosecutor's name to my straw grasping quote below? I'm so upset I can barely type I'ms erious . I just need ot see Katie and let her talk and make sure she's ok. i adore her.

I was there that day, and saw what happened.
JC is trying to get her 15 minutes since she's out of a job soon. MOO

There were no jurors outside the courtroom, and the only autograph I saw was a lady who uses a cane asked him to sign it.

I also took a photo of Juan and Katie DDJ together. It took all of 5 seconds. She said thank you and we left. There wasn't much to it, really, there wasn't.

As long as the jury believes she is a liar JA, none of this is going to matter much since everything Dr and A are saying has come from JA's mouth then it means nothing other than she can lie well. IMO i'm hoping Jury believes JA is just a liar.

Nurmi said JC spoke on air last night about a JUROR taking a picture and talking to Juan after he walked out to leave. In reality, it wasn't a JUROR it was the Dr. Drew Juror, Katie, and JC didn't even see it happen, she saw the picture on the internet. There's nothing wrong with that but the Defense is scared a juror will see people loving on JM and convict JA.

Hi All! I was re-watching the Det. Flores interview with JA again. He tells her what he thinks her motive is, and she say's "well, maybe I was a little jealous about his trip to Cancun, but that"s not the reason" sounded like a confession to me.

Really? Wow. I didn't know that but I haven't watched the entire thing.

Ms. Laviolette, things happen in life. It's not all horrible or abusive. People sometimes feel sad or threatened or vulnerable. JA is responsible for her beliefs about the things that happened to her. The world cannot be held hostage to her perceptions of mistreatment. This is not complicated.

Jodi felt sad 20 years ago when her siblings were brought home. Her dad was mean to her mom. Ok. Not the end of the world.
