These are all good points. I wonder if she is allowed to go back to jail and watch HLN. If so she is most likely the one whinning and misleading Nurmi as to what JC said last evening. She would take great exception to anything JM does or a very nice looking, free, young lady who is clearly not on her side.

I have been wondering what the are allowed to watch on TV myself. Would love to know. Maybe her cell mates tell her as they may watch.

Arias could hardly keep her eyes off the jury today. Snake-like eyes raking the jury box.

One thing I hope Juan makes clear to the jury..If ALV was originally signed on to be a mitigating specialist, her job was to find mitigating factors/sympathy for why Jodi shouldn't be put to death. Her role from beginning was to find sympathy points for Jodi. Once Jodi changed her story now ALV becomes her self defense expert...I find the lines cleary overstepped in this case. Her goal from the beginning was to get sympathy for Jodi and now we have her on the stand saying how abused Jodi was. She testified that she came on the case after reviewing limited info on the case as if she never had a prior role. JW and ALV purposely made it seem like ALV signed up to be her expert after Just reviewing Jodi's self defense story. I think Juan will show the jury how she left out part one...I guess her answer will be "wll no one asked me"

No, absolutely not. If the defense wants to raise a stink about it, which they are obviously, they'll simply remove the one juror. They've got six alternates that's what they're for.

I think it could. If that juror tells any other jurors the judge could dismiss the entire lot of them. Unlikely but possible.

This is the guy they told to ditch jodi and they didnt want her near their kids?? So she overheard,well when I say overheard I mean eavesdropped and had a hissy fit??

I asked last night about JA's access to the media and it is very limited and does not include HLN.

My guess is that the DT has been stung a few times now by things getting picked up here or on other forums and then making it into the media without them having been aware of it, so they now have someone paying attention to certain sources.

This is another reason to take the forum rules very seriously.

I think JM will have the proverbial field day with ALV. Via her testimony, the defense has opened so many doors (e.g. behavior of stalkers, psychological manipulation). Mark my words -- JM will turn her into a witness for the prosecution.

If you're talking about the email where either Chris or Sky Hughes admonished Travis for being "abusive" to JA, they were written to Travis while he and JA were a fairly new couple. Chris Hughes testified about that email at the prosecutorial misconduct hearing at the beginning of the trial.

Ohh confused, I apologize.. January was mentioned with Hughes email exchange; assumed it was in 2008 after the tire slashing incidents in Dec 2007..
So those emails would have been January 2007? TIA

It's a shame that Travis Alexander wasn't black, then the Defense Team could have brought in an expert witness from the Aryan Nation to tell us "how those people are".

Yes, LaViolette operates under cover of being an "advocate" for victims. And she has a lot in common with Jodi Arias, kindred spirits really, in that the path she has taken is that of passive-aggression and manipulation.

She simply practices a form of bigotry that is, sadly, not only socially accepted, unquestioned, but often encouraged.

And it must be easy for her since she can just make it up as she goes along, interpret everything as she sees fit. It's utter emotional nonsense. She has CHOSEN to remain in the past and to never waiver from her feeling-based approach to everything. Her credentials are a means to an end for her to preach her own gospel against men.

Because they want their "expert witness" to interpret them. They don't want the jury to see the entire emails because they'd be able to see the context.

I mean the whole email,I don't trust anything from the DT. They cherry pick the small things such as the sex tape,they only wanted Travis's half admitted to evidence Juan said hell naw and it was entered in full
