Wilmott flapping her arms when Juan objects reminds me of my kids when they don't get what they want.

"BUT MOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!"

SO unprofessional & unbecoming!

jodi can keep her promise about not writing bad things in her journal but can't keep her promise to abstain from sex.

How benevolent. Jodi kept the promise to not write mean things about Travis in her journal. Instead, she slaughtered him.

But, hey, promise kept!

ALV spent 40hours with JA? Why didn't she interview Travis' family and friends??? So unprofessional in my opinion. :banghead:

I'm wondering why AVL didn't interview TA? Oh wait because he can't speak from the grave and she shouldn't be able to speak for him:please::furious:

I'm shocked that some can't see how biased and prejudicial AVL's opinions are and how much she is damaging the credibility of those who truly are victims of DV. I also have so real concern of the damage she is causing in counseling individuals who do not fit within her warped sense of reality.

I have heard this opinion expressed again and again, not just here, and not just by you, Novice Seeker, that the credibility of "real" victims everywhere is at stake and is being damaged by this case. As if just one--one!--dubious and obviously ill defendant, and the people who are defending her, could somehow ruin it for other victims. I say this is nonsense!

If the credibility of victims is so fragile, so easily dismissed, can you place the blame for that squarely on Jodi's shoulders? I mean, let's just think about that. Does she really have that kind of power? Does Alyce? Or, is it that we have a society that is looking for anything, anything at all to discredit victims of DV or intimate partner violence, and, to that end, Jodi Arias is a dream come true?

When it comes to the credibility of victims, there's a much larger and deeply-seated problem here that has a long, long history going back to before Jodi was even BORN. Why superimpose her infamous face over this problem? That is so cowardly and dishonest!

Looks like a mood shift. All smiles and snarky looks this morning and now the murderer has on the crabby psycho face. I wonder if knowing Juror #5 is in the court room again has caused the change. Interesting.

Sorry for any double posting. I'm getting kicked off and it's messing my posts up.

Wait - this lady can say why Jodi didn't write something in her journal? Maybe Jodi didn't see it as so bad because she knows she did something horrible? Way worse than whatever she said it was about.

Okay, LaViolette already attributed all the abusive characteristics from her "continuum" to Jodi Arias thereby proving Jodi was the abuser.

Now she's reading the texts from Travis where he was done with Jodi and all her lies and manipulation, and he finally lets her have what she so deserves, and she's proving Jodi Arias had motive.

I can't wait to hear how Wilmutt and LaViolette next show everyone how Jodi premeditated Travis' killing.

This is a good day for the prosecution.

Travis's text messages are not character assassination. His words in his texts are just stating the facts as he saw them. That's not abuse. That's the cold hard truth.

I think, given the condition of Travis by the time she left the house the day she slaughtered him, the dt is making a HUGE mistake in dwelling on this outpouring of hate from Travis. It's saying everything he had been saving up that describes how utterly depraved, evil, self-absorbed, manipulative, vile, and flat-out crazy she is. He is telling us from the grave what a waste of space she is and how truly capable she is of not only doing what she did to him, but NOT CARING one iota about what she did other than how it inconveniences HER.

He is even stating his own preference for how she should be sentenced. He says she is taking up other people's AIR. HE wants her to get the death penalty.

It's not often that the victim (the TRUE victim) in a case gets to give that kind of input in a trial.

After calling her all these vile names she's still a leech. She knows they're true, that's why....
