I think the judge is getting some pressure to get this trial over. That's good they want to hold court on Fridays. So they think this will go until at least May 4th.

Suggesting the prosecutor DOING HIS JOB , needs a time out like a two year old will not sit well with the jury JMO of course

judging by the looks on Nurmi & Wilmot's faces, the jurors were horrified! BOTH of them looked devastated for a second or two. The kind of look the attorney has the moment they hear the word 'guilty' or 'death' ~ that's the look they BOTH had. JMO

While we're on break and waiting, guess I'll share my little angels, too. These sweet little girls (sisters) were my Christmas gift. I saw them on the shelter's website and read that they were past their euthanasia date (not a no-kill shelter, unfortunately). My husband made a beeline to adopt them, and they've been an endless joy and blessing to us!

Gracie is the lighter gray kitten (left) and Mimi is the darker one (right). Sweetest little things ever!

Yes she is-I notice this to & they are writing more notes to each other,,they read here

I've noticed that JA tends to move her lips when she reads things.

Whenever I see her do that, I think of Married With Children; Budd comes in and sees his sister, who is stretched out on her belly on the couch, reading comics or something and he say he can always tell when she's reading because her butt cheeks are moving.

Yes the way she seducively whispers in her lawyers ear is revolting.

I find it weird too - she does it with both Wilmott and the mitigation specialist - it looks like she is going in for a kiss.

I actually saw her lick her lips and looks at Wilmott's lips once last week when she was going in for a whisper / kiss. If I was Wilmott I would be absolutely skeeved out having her in my personal space and looking at me seductively.

Lol I made a drs appt for Friday than I hear there's court Friday. I'm calling back cancelling and telling them I have to be in court.

what's with all these one-sided meetings in chambers? i've never seen such a thing and it seems to happen daily with this witness, in particular.
