I'm all for Jodi getting the death penalty or life in prison but what is happening to Allyce Laviollette is disgusting. People really shouldn't try to reach out and touch someone through social media. She's not the first to testify on behalf of a presumed guilty sociopathic creepy defendant and she won't be the last. She appears to believe in her conclusions about Jodi and if shs is testifying bull crap to ass8st in the acquital of evil, then we should allow the universe to address her as it sees fit. The internet has made people rude and wicked under the guise of anonymity.

I disagree about social media. People can say whatever they want, if she doesn't like it she can delete her non existent Facebook and twitter accounts.

I do, however, think people trying to contact her or any of her employers/associates with their outrage is RIDICULOUS. Get a life.

I think it's pretty ironic that the defense has asked for a mistrial based on damaging things the prosecutor has released to the media.......yet their client has twitter where she looks like juvenile brat making short jokes about Juan Martinez. oh and it's being publicized by her friend on national television. Ha! May want to wrangle in your client.

Is her extracurricular conduct an explanation for Nurmi's growing distance from her?

I can't believe that Nurmi/Willmott think this is good for their client.

OTOH, Nurmi did say in the mistrial motion that if the State wanted to try this case in the court of public opinion that he "...would be happy to do so."
