Wow, I want to divulge way too much here but I'm a 6' tall woman. and I have on several occasions had the great misfortune of getting physical with a fully grown adult male.

I don't care if you are trained to box, I don't want to hear about your female self defense classes, (which are a joke and you should save your money). The TRUTH is that men are just ENORMOUSLY much more strong than we women are.

It's astounding.

Without going into details here I thought I was very strong and my old man latched on to me and tossed me around like I was yesterday's laundry.

THAT'S when you know you've got trouble.

My point here is...going back to the use of the .25, there is no way in my mind that I can see Travis faced with oncoming trouble and not being able to slap the dog $#!t out of JA.

ESPECIALLY if, as she claims he was an abusive male. I'm here as living proof to testify that a man who already thinks it's ok to hit a woman will WACK A MOLE with you in a heart beat if he thinks you might be stepping out of line.

I don't buy anything she says.

A skilled martial arts female could whip a man bigger/stronger/faster if and only if she got the drop on him first. I think that's what the murderer did, she ambushed Mr. Travis Alexander.

I keep telling myself the murderer came equipped with a knife and a gun and was prepared to use them.

The murderer had made up her mind .....now the murderer must pay.

That's why I think he was shot first. He would be better able to defend himself if there were a knife coming at him.

A lot of the experts think he was stabbed in the back first, stabbed in the chest and then his throat cut, the shot in the head was an afterthought. Something happened that Travis didn't have enough time to defend himself.I don't think he would have just stood there and let her kill him. I believe he would have punched her smack in the face, if he had the opportunity.

You're lucky the stairs were there to assist you. I've lived a very different life than most.

Again I say you're lucky to have not shoved the wrong man. Women think they are tough but they are no match for a man who likes hitting a woman.

I think it was done to avoid spending the next two weeks on nonsense. Introducing his testimony would have meant a day just breaking down his method for measuring light differentials, Nurmi was talking about taking the jury to Nurmeister's work place so they could view the image with the technology he had there, and then there is cross and redirect....I think in the end Juan said it wasn't worth that kind of energy over an something irrelevant anyway, so he just said, let's just concede the point.

I just realized something that is probably old news to all of you.

I'm just now able to look closely at the shower photos and I originally thought the photo of him looking directly into the camera, was of him standing.

I now realize that this photo shows him SEATED with his back against the shower wall.

The very next photo shows him seated in the shower but cannot see his face.

In my mind and MHOO this just solidifies my belief he was shot in the shower and stunned unconscious and JA thought he was dead.

She would have had to been kneeling eye to eye with him while she took that photo of him looking straight into the camera.

You can see in his face, he is not happy.

I think you misread my post. A comment was made about ALV not knowing how to do anything on a computer, and wondering how she was able to tweet. I made the comment that Donavan was tweeting for her since she is tweeting for JA.

I'm stopping in just to say this - didn't see it mentioned before.

Methinks this morning's "eye hearing" was the DT rifling through the Prosecution's waste basket, i.e. retrieving evidence the Prosecution didn't use because, gee, this reflected image looks like a dog with a stick - LOL.

So the DT retrieved it and used it in attempt to dismantle the obvious fear / threat we see in Travis' eyes by claiming the defendant was not holding a weapon, i.e. not being threatening. Also, it's free evidence for the DT - the analysis work had already been done and paid for by the State.

That's why Mr. Neumeister is familiar with Juan and other LE folks - and also why I think he was smirking through Nurmi's uh, thing today - he knows it's a stretch.
