Hard to put my finger on it. For Willmott, I think it speaks for itself, but the witness seems to have this underlying seething about her -- maybe it's impatience or arrogance, but whatever it is it's making me uncomfortable as well.

JW flounders so it actually irritates me, she seems to be out of her element and even with notes in front of her, she's not sure what to ask it seems. Perhaps law is not her forte.

Hoping it will be published soon, but it surely shows an amazing dicotomy (sic) between what the DT is trying to say with battered woman syndrome. 12 - 12.5 hrs . . . . I spent a lot of time . . . I did find some inconsistencies in what she was saying.

JW - what we are talking about here is the hours you spent with JA 12 - 12.5 = you have no idea what you spent . . . for that $250 hours . . . over 50hours? . . . yes probably over 50 . . .

I am not familiar with that process - outside the scope of my expertise.
