I wonder if JM & Alexander family would have accepted a plea of guilty of murder 1 and a lwop sentence. But that's what a humane and remorseful person would do--not cause further grief and problems.

Plus, no attention for JA if she pleas. Her behavior is consistent with her diagnosis.
