Why would she accuse the witness of not knowing something that isn't true? Do you suppose JW is depending completely upon ALV's word? That was devastating IMO. I mean, JW was very SNIPPY about that as if it were fact, but never gave any proof of it.

I really hated all the JW q's that started with "Are you aware...?" (Are you aware many DV victims do not report it to anyone?) Are you AWARE...? Even I know many battered women do not report... sounded so pompous.

If you can fake PTSD, you can fake a migraine.

OT but after many hours of trying to interpret photos taken on June 4, I have to say that for being such a "talented" photographer she sure took some crummy pics that day... It's quite maddening! I'm not just talking about the mystery pics either...

Agree..I dont watch them usually for the same reason. The closer to the end of the trial the worse they get so beware if you dont Want to be frustrated.

My problem is I don't have Unlimited Data Usage so I HAVE to watch HLN for ALL my actual trial watching. They go to commercial every 2 mins and drag the courtday till 9pm on Dr Drew. Today, I just read the posts on here for my trial "coverage" I'm praying for Justice soon!

I have had a few migraines, thankfully not regularly. Several years ago I worked in a real estate office & for Christmas, this really kooky realtor gave me a long silky beanbag-type thing filled with aromatic rice (I think). Had no idea what it was & coming from her I was like what else would I expect. But it turned out to be absolutely wonderful to lay across my forehead & eyes for bad headaches. I've misplaced it so I need to find another. She got it at a MRDD Workshop.

People were making remarks all day about how gross Jodi looked (I know we do it everyday), but it seemed even more prevalent today. Toward the end, she did get really peaked. Maybe not a migraine but something was going on with her.

I think you may have had Jasmine rice in that 'bean bag'. You can make this really easily yourself with a nice new tube sock or just sew up a nice thick fabric and fill with this rice. I have one of these and heat it up in the microwave but be very careful to not overheat.

Do you remember Pheobe Buffay on the show Friends? In real life Lisa Kudrow suffered terribly from migraines and believe it or not her father was a neurologist. His name was Dr. Lee N. Kudrow.

See this is why I'm so FAT is because I have all this information just stored up inside me.

Anyway...Dr. Lee Kudrow developed a treatment for migraines involving xylocaine nasal spray. Apparently this was highly effective but I have no idea why this never caught on. Probably because it was effective and inexpensive.

But if you suffer, please check into this.

Dr. D is doing fine. JW is looking like she is unorganized.

IMO There was no afternoon court because JW was unprepared, and totally not expecting Dr. D to overpower her... JW could have told Arias to fake a headache to save JW from making a complete fool of herself.. My first time posting :seeya:

I think you're probably right in that it came from ALV originally, but I suspect that JW did not understand what ALV was saying -- she has been pretty dodgy with this material generally with this witness in cross. My suspicion (particularly after hearing Walker tonight on NG) was that ALV was talking about the changing use and particularly the theoretical framework behind the six criteria -- Walker noted that that has changed, but that does not mean that the criteria are no longer in use. I think JW just grabbed onto the "changed" part, remembered it, and thought she could challenge Dr. D on that basis.
