It is very puzzling. Leaving it in the washer is a big red flag to: Look At The Camera!

If she would have taken some bleach and a rag...wiped it down and put it in his desk drawer or a shelf maybe it wouldn't have been suspected as having evidence that the killer needed to destroy :banghead:

she thought it was destroyed ..her lieamony was she doesnt know alot about cameras.just because she liked to take pictures didnt make her a pro.fessional ..look at the shower pictures ja claimed they are posed pictures they dont look professional to me.

Why didn't willmott do a minimal amount of research to get some understanding of the interpretation of these tests? She's bad enough at her own job, now she's embarrassing herself in other professions as well.

I think the camera was placed in the washer because there was blood in all the crevasses of it was washing would have removed all traces. The reason it was left there I believe was because possibly she ran out of time and had to book out of there and just took off.

Or another theory of mine is when she bundled up the sheets for washing the camera was in there and she didnt know that.

but the sheets were in the dryer. i just don't see how she missed the weight of that camera in the towels and socks, etc. it was found with.

it's just another thing we'll never really know in this case.

Just out of curiosity does anyone else find the way JA whispers to either the mitigation specialist or JW disturbing sometimes it seems very sexual and gives me the heebee jeebies.

Oh and no questions about Walker not using the 6 point criteria anymore. She does still use it but the jury does not know and didn't care enough to ask. JW yacked so much about that and didn't get so much as one question regarding that. Poor JW. Not!

i hope the jury caught that. it was funny when JM went over that on redirect. JW sat there with her head down, writing, like she couldn't care less she had COMPLETELY gotten that information wrong.

JMO - Ms. Wilmott does not care if she gets information wrong, I tend to believe she is purposeful in that so long as it helps the defendent. I see her entire "style" as stretch, twist, ignore, and pretend. Not sure how she looks at herself in a mirror everyday though.

Got any ideas about that ring ? It is making me do a lot of puzzling.

I'm going to be shocked if the Jurors that work aren't getting nervous about their jobs right now. This is taking a long time.

We are into 4 months now.

Longest Trial in the U.S. History was Manson at 9.5 months

I think it was on Dr Drew that I heard there were a lot more things that the prosecution was not allowed to release. So I can only imagine how sick and twisted it must be if they were allowed to tell us about the Christmas Tree. Just trying to imagine her laying either under or behind the Christmas tree is beyond disturbing to me.

I have often wondered if she was naked under the Christmas tree with the idea of what a Christmas present she was to TA. :blushing:

i cant help but ponder over who the next witness will be.
i am REALLY looking forward to the wallmart and tesoro representatives.

i think we all know the wallmart person is going to say that Jodi never returned the gas can,otherwise Juan wouldn't have called them or brought it up for that matter and they will go over the procedure they follow for returns. how is willmott going to cross that? from what ive heard wallmart have the best records regarding returns/stock etc

same with the tesoro person.

i have no doubt that as juan goes on and calls his witnesses wilmott will become more and more flustered and look even more bad at her job.

i thought it was funny yesterday how she was trying to play dr wilmott and failing more than miserably

Lol is there really anyone who thinks Jodi was faithful in her "relationships"? I'm sure she's had dozens and dozens of partners. Seems to be the only joy she could get out f her disgusting life.

No. I do not. Even ALV said 'sex is power'. From the beginning of time women have used sex as a power tool We learn this as teens. When hormones are raging in the male, we know that sex is a tool we can use to get our way, control situations. Especially if that male is inexperienced. TA was, maybe, inexperienced in all the JA was willing to give him on the sexual side. Sexuality is very important to JA, she uses it to her advantage. It fills some need inside of her. Right or wrong, it is what it is.

But it also speaks to the immaturity DrD was speaking about. Usually at some point, we get over the sex as a manipulation tool. Teen boys grow to be men who have had experience with sex and its not such a controlling tool. That JA was still using it as a tool to manipulate is very honestly telling. This is something we grow out of, or should, IMHO.

I must say coffee goes well with what I perceive to be the smell of burning cinammon rolls as I watch Dr. D toy with her prey yesterday. Perhaps it is the smell of gears burning as JW tries mightily to outwit her with clever constructions such as, "That's just your opinion, isn't it?" while Dr. D. insists that it is, instead, the product of her professional training and judgment, until, at long last, agreeing to say that "Sure, it sounds like that's what you believe subjective means, so I'll agree with that."You could see the smoke pouring from poor JW's head.
