I'm going to get banned in a few minutes, because I have officially lost all control over what I want to say about this travesty of justice and destruction of innocent lives.

What constitutes an expert witness opposed to just an expert? I was wondering if the Walmart specialist gets paid for her testimony. Does anyone know?

I believe they are only paid for time lost from work, expenses, etc. I went with a friend when she had to testify, just for support. It took months for her to get reimbursed for her out of pocket expenses.

Hope the jury is watching how inmature wilmott and Jodie are behaving.

She is a tough lady. She's making him look like a boor. Juan is happy to let it go.

Maybe it is just me, but the more Nurmi/Wilmott knock Travis's early childhood, parents, living with roaches, etc., the more sorry I feel for him and the more proud I am of how Travis uplifted his life. So for me, Nurmi's tactic is backfiring!!

I can guarantee that the jurors are decent people, just like you and me, this is going to backfire on them big time.

I think I now have a better idea of why TRavis didn't want Deanna to see him with JA - it wasn't because DEanna was "crazy", it was because he knew she knew his weaknesses and that it would be hard for him to resist JA's sex lures, and she as a friend would probably call him on it.

I imagine Martinez is allowing Nurmi to single handedly sink his ship and all its occupants, all by himself.

Honestly glad I'm watching at home today...I think I'd be sobbing watching this total lack of conscience , disgusting display of ABUSE that's going on here.

Oh, I have completely lost it emotionally here! That poor family! Smh.

Dreading Nurmi's plan to bring this back to double life/sex bs on Deanna's cross. :banghead:

Dreading this also.....especially listening to his voice and style.

Long time lurker first time poster. Been following since seeing the tv interviews JA gave before the trial. Thanks to all of you who keep us updated. Work always gets in the way :)
