Why would any guy, especially the size of Travis, buy a gun that size? It defies logic. Never happened. The jury gets it.

The jury questions bother me.

I'm with you- I want to puke. Jodi smiled-

JA is not in touch with any reality outside herself (in other words, when she closes her eyes the world disappears) so whether she smiles or not is irrelevant to me.

I was napping through the 1st 20 minutes of this (approximately... if they started on time) so who was the 1st witness?

Was someone called from the Salon and did they say Jodi only had her nails done or did she get more done? Like maybe a wax and hair dye?

I woke up and came in during the police officer (?) that was speaking towards the pictures taken by the phone. Was he the 2nd witness?

Waiting on the YouTube from today, but curiosity beckons me to ask this now!
:please:

Any miniscule doubt that Arias lied on the stand has since been erased and the jury will ensure her ticket is punched to DR ...

Juan showed jodi a pic of the closet when she was on the stand. Without being asked jodi said "i put my foot on the edge of the shelf. "At that moment she saw what everyone else. Everything was neat. Noone would remember where they put their foot if they were running for their life. Not 4 min later and not 4 and a half years later.

I just hate it when the Judge calls for a recess, makes us all wait for a long time and then comes back to say "see you all tomorrow!"

It bothers me a lot that people pick on the Judge so much. She is trying to give the defense every thing they are allowed under the law to make sure that JA gets a fair trial so nothing is overturned on appeal and we do this again. She has been very careful to give them all they need to present a clear and complete case..

Then why is everything done in secret? Can she not make a ruling without the attys. approaching the bench? Sure she's giving the defense everything they want, practically, because she doesn't want it on her record that a DP trial was overturned. Got it. But, at some point, doesn't justice for Travis factor in? I "get it" that she is bending over backwards and turning cartwheels for Jodi.....I've watched many, many trials. DP and LWP....never, ever seen a judge act like her. Never.

So I'm assuming that someone else lives in TA's house now. That would really creep me out.

Over on the "insiders" thread KCL talks about a day she and some of Travis' family went to the house and met the woman who lives there now (with her family). She said the woman was very kind and said she "feels" Travis looking over her son sometimes.

You know, I actually think there is a juror who knows the answers to the questions he/she is asking but wants to make a point to the other jurors and clear up anything that may be confusing.

Exactly so between that time and the Murder (1st degree premeditated felony murder) where did all the Christmas decorations go? Did they melt, did they astral project themselves out of the attic?

Jodi, note to self: Next time you lie about storing boxes of Christmas decorations in an attic in a murder trial, make sure there are boxes of Christmas decorations in that attic. You sure leave a big mess for your Attorney's.

Thank you.

She claimed he stored his Christmas decor in the attic, gave her an angel from that attic but she left it behind. Went back to get it and that is when she "caught" him masturbating to little boy photos.

Whelp if the decor the attic story was wrong I am willing to bet the other half is self serving and wrong too.

The Jury is getting it. So far... I am loving this jury.

I imagine the judge, in chambers arching her back over the chair.... Telling Nurmi to stand on his head

Who is going to dance and prance if we the jury comes back with a verdict on Friday before the weekend?
