I kept cans out. I cant down cold drinks. Drink it in two or three gulps.

Put your mind at ease. The jurors don't buy Jodi's gun story. The question enabled Detective Flores to state that neither roommate owned a gun. No bullets, holster, gun case or cleaning kit found anywhere in the house.

BINGO !!!

They don't believe her BS story about the gun being there in the closet.

And if they believe that she brought the gun to that house, and drove with it 1000 miles, and took it to the bathroom to kill him, she is toast. No self defense, no rage or passion killing, straight up premeditation.

Well I wouldn't have believed it either until I read the very "credible" tweet from someone claiming to be inside the courtroom...guess I should remember I shouldn't believe everything I read!!
I WILL give myself points for being able to avoid the NG Jodi pregnancy story and avoided everything about Jodi tweeting from jail and her supposed lesbian lover[/]

Hey...I'm taking Katiecoolady's word...I trust her opinion 100%... I think there are people in the court room who might have wrong intentions ...like maybe some of JA's ex-con friends...

No I do not understand.:blushing:
If she is passing the pages to Donovan to hold onto...
(you know until JA is found not guilty) :floorlaugh:
If Donovan is holding it what if she rewrites it and publishes
it can she do that? (when JA is found guilty)
Can JA even keep that stuff in her cell?

Oh ok---I understand what you're saying now. Jodi may be using Donovan as a means to get her book out (did I get that right?) So maybe she writes a few pages a day during court and then somehow gets them to Donovan? I wonder how difficult it is to get the pages to her, if in fact, that's what she's doing. Can she give her writings to JW to pass on to someone else or is that not allowed?

Hard to believe. Katie, the court room observer that Dr. Drew has on every night usually gives her opinion on how the jurors are reacting and she's never said anything about male jurors that appear to be flirting.

It might be wise to delete this posting, just in case. u think?

I kind of think they'll take longer just the fact of how many juror questions they've submitted. It seems like they are very thorough (or at least the ones submitting the questions), so I have a feeling they are going to go through ALL the testimony.
I think the juror questions will actually help speed up the guilt or innocence phase of the trial. Most of the questions were of a clarifying nature and the majority were largely skeptical of Jodi's self-defense claim, domestic violence, PTSD and her convenient, self-serving fog. I think they're out no more than a day before they reach a verdict.

Maybe she mails them to her.

Jodi Arias Trial Day 24 (Full) - YouTube

At the 2:00 mark Juan brings up Salinas and getting her nails done. She is dodging that line of questioning...

Thanks so much for tracking that down for me, Elle. I take it that she got her nails done in Salinas (at least according to her, but who knows).

After today's pictures, it seems that JA's hair was already brown before she went to WalMart. And she went to WalMart before she went to Salinas as I understand it.

The picture of she and her sister - hair still blonde.
The picture of brown hair in car was taken on Helio: 6/3 @ 2:25
The WalMart receipt: 6/3 @ 3:22

JA said she left Brewer's house and returned to give him the remote, then left again to go to Salinas to get her nails done sometime in the afternoon.

I think JA may have dyed her hair brown at either MM or DB's house if I have the timeline correct.

Thank you. all anyone needs to do is scroll back through my weeks and weeks of court observer notes on those threads and you will see how carefully I've watched them. I put down even if they sneeze or rub their eyes or who's taking notes, who's looking down, who's resting their head back, looking at their lap etc. You can see how closely I've observed them. And does anyone in their right mind, knowing I'm 1000% prosecution oriented, think that if I had seen even ONE instance I would consider "flirting" or making inappropriate eye contact w / Jodi or anyone on the defense side that I wouldn't report it?

And that, is finally, my closing argument. lol

Nite all...........:seeya:

Yea I kinda got caught up in the moment when I first read the tweet which was re-posted from somewhere. I let my mind wander, sorry. It is late after all.
You're very right about JA's ex-con friends...and I have noticed sometimes after Jodi looks over and studies the jury, she immediately writes something in her notes. I believe maybe she's trying to get jurors kicked off, and she goes back and tells Donovan this stuff, who then starts bogus rumors. You are so right about the wrong intentions.

I guess his plan was confuse the jury.:banghead: However, it came across as funny to me. It reminded me of grade school questions designed around comprehension, except he left out any pertinent info: A red bus with 72 passengers left the station at 12:30 traveling 70 mph to a town 10 miles away. What time is lunch? Huh?

Oh Nurmi was being sneaky today. Trying to get the IQ (how smart Jodi is), and then starting up with the Hughes. He new that was wayyyy beyond the scope of questioning, but tried it anyway. I'm glad JM nipped that in the bud.

And I agree, all that questioning about the shelving was just silly IMHO. Did you measure this one? Did you measure that one? Oh....you didn't? You bad detective you! (my words of what he was insinuating). I hope that wasn't lost on the jury.

MOO

Yes, I think that they asked it to rule out any other guns in the house and to have it on the record in case it comes up in deliberations.

Totally! ...I think she stalks that poor jury! She is absolutely watching them to see which are pro prosecution...she would love to get another juror or two kicked off...

You are so right..she probably is taking notes...so evil...

Im sure it's different in every prison but.. I know someone that runs a murderbilla website. She writes various serial killers etc who are in jail service LWOP or on death row. They write her (none discuss the crimes committed) and some send art. She sells these but never gives them any cash or whatever. So technically Jodi could send her signature, art or what not to these venders with a similar company - but not too many send money back to the prisoners.

Personally I don't get it (selling the stuff or buying it).

No IMO she is giving the to Donovan to hold on to.
She "will be found innocent". :floorlaugh:
IMO her plan when she gets out of jail is to pu
blish her "book"
and leave Donovan "high and dry"

I hope that when she is given the DP Donovan drops her and publishes the book!
What comes around goes around and all that stuff...

I know no one likes DB but....
I think JA is just using her and promising her things.
She has stood by JA's side and IF JA had the chance (she won't)
she'd screw her over in a heartbeat.

She got the gun from her grandfathers house. Also, I think the remote she gave Brewer goes with the electronic device she also stole. Why would she have a remote in a rented car? And speaking of Brewer, he admitted that jodi told him she was going to Arizona.

Bet she bluffs it out with a stone face. She's gotta know the verdict is not going to go her way.

Creepy to see that Wilmott has taken on that Jodi look - kind of hang-dog expression - "all chopfallen" - read that somewhere.
Sped through today's testimony and I have to say Jodi looked defeated. Grimaced more than a few times when more lies were exposed--blond hair in the picture with MM's dog taken June 2; self-pics with brown hair taken June 3. She testified that she dyed her hair brown in April. Shelf pics/testimony confirmed her gun story is BS and the juror questions demonstrated they aren't buying it either. With the judge announcing the upcoming schedule including firm dates for final witness and closing arguments, she knows the end is near.

This may be a dumb question (apologies in advance) but concerning TA's home: Is it still sitting there unoccupied or is it sold? I'm just curious because in March Flores had went back to take photographs, and it made me wonder what happens to the crime scenes like this.

I don't get it---what's wrong with my post? I said I didn't believe it and why I didn't believe it.

Yes, and it's not like there aren't A LOT of other rumors which get talked about on here...just today Jodi's pregnancy, Wilmott death threats (don't know if verified or not?), Alyce Laviollete all kinds of rumors concerning her, all kinds of rumors about in chambers happenings, Donovan, Jodi tweeting, Jodi's lesbian lover.
