Nel's destroyed his credibility, I think. Is showing this expert hardly produced a report.

Now Roux's up: I will gladly provide it...

It's Oscar world--what did you expect?

I actually thought that DT's forensic pathologist was not good either.

Instead of saying the last meal time paramater was not so precise, and should be viewed as a range of times, he basically said it is worthess, which is not the case.

So I am not impressed with DT's experts so far.

Sorry folks for the irreverence but I have tears of laughter in my eyes now....

Nel is asking him details of the reports he did make. Witness struggling to remember. Bits of paper...

Nel wants to know what the bits of paper are that witness has in front of him.

N: If you had a proper report, those bits of paper would not be necessary.

D: If I had been asked...

And now witness struggles to read his own bits of paper. What a car crash.

Measurements of door - typed up nicely. That's good. Is he for real?

"I have measurements of the doors, typed up nicely" LOL

Don't they have to provide these reports to the state during Discovery, and before the expert's testimony?

D: My brief was to do certain things, his (didn't catch name) brief was to do other things. We worked as a team.

N: Why did you anticipate a question about a team? I didn't ask about a team.

yes and he said one is 'typed up nicely'

:floorlaugh:

That made me s****** a bit too. He sounded very impressed with that bit of paper.

Oops, didn't know the alternative word for giggle was banned!

This is like a mickey take of a trial. Hard to believe it's real.

He's got to know how OP came across with his testimony when he was evading answers so why on earth is he doing the same?
