Trying to squirm his way out of the magazine rack debacle.
Now THIS is tailoring your evidence.

Mercenary.

I think I get why Oscar has his fingers in his ears at this point.

Just read an article about yesterday's testimony from Dixon .
He apparently stated that it would not have been possible for OP to have seen whether Reeva was in bed but OP actually said he saw a silhouette of Reeva and saw her legs were under the duvet

IIRC OP testified that was before he closed the curtains.

Hello.

I did not manage to catch up with all of the thread yesterday as unwell. Is it possible to explain briefly what this was about?

What was put into the public domain which should not have been?

Thank you:please:

Think this may have been about the door being cleaned whilst left in the court room .

Showing photo of toilet from above. Mag rack not in sight and he is pointing out 'rectangular' mark in blood pool.

Now holding up mag rack in court, showing the rectangular foot.

Also, on photo, showing a blood mark 'that I interpret' is another rack foot by the wall, showing it was moved from against the wall.

Nel points out he has just demonstrated that he's just said the mag rack was in the position Oscar insisted it wasn't. Witness agrees;

D: That's his version...

I don't see there being another witness today unless Dixon is done within the next hour.

This defence witness is actually giving evidence for the prosecution now, I'm sure....????

N: Now it makes sense to me.

(I wish he'd explain to me then...)

The toilet bowl does look as though it's been flushed. Blood runs wouldn't look that neat, would they?

Nel asks if he is really saying could Reeva's head have been in that position on the toilet while she was sitting on the floor.

Expert once again repeats he is not a ballistic expert then gives another long explanation that seems to leave Nel a bit speechless for a moment...

Sorry, I'm finding it incredibly hard to write what witness is saying. He has such a strange, convoluted way of answering. I can't work out what he is actually saying....

It's Oscar-Speak. He said he interviewed OP. he learned it quickly.

But I will soon have I think a remarkable logical explanation of things.
Hold on.

Nel once again looking for a photo. Much shuffling of paper.

Okay so basically Dixon has proved that the magazine rack was not moved by those during crime scene investigation?

I don't see there being another witness today unless Dixon is done within the next hour.

If so its a shambles. Again.
Considering how pretend guilty they all act for requesting long adjournments, they find it very very easy to waste court time on the days they are there.
Seems like any excuse, but there is none.
The next 1-2 witnesses should be queued, ready to go.
The judge is far far too laid back about it and it does not enhance her reputation or instill the fear/respect she should hold in her court.
IMO!
