Has anyone else noticed Uncle Arnie grinning through most of Rog's testimony the last few days?
He knows this is a car crash and the repair bill is probably coming straight out of his pocket.
Maybe its a grimace not a grin.

Very deep pockets. [Mining joke, among other things]

D says buttock wound was at least 10cm below the hip wound.

Nel says is he still saying Prof Saayman is wrong. After some pushing:

D: I. Am. Not. Saying. He. Is. Wrong.

Amazing.

Talking about wood splinters now. He did not see any wood splinters around the head in photos, or see any mentioned in the autopsy reports.

I think the ribbets are putting the interpreter to sleep, I'm just waiting for her to fall off her chair...

He is supposed to make findings--not take Oscar's word!

See Oscar-Speak rules.

Nel showing a photo.

N: Mean anything to you?

D: Inside of the toilet, there's hair on it-

N: Does the hair mean anything to you?

D: It means the head was in close proximity to the head.

N: Why did you not take that into account" (in your version)? It's hair, and tissue.

Why the delay?
Is Judge asking Nel, "Why did you put the door in public domain? Is that true?"

Hello.

I did not manage to catch up with all of the thread yesterday as unwell. Is it possible to explain briefly what this was about?

What was put into the public domain which should not have been?

Thank you:please:

Nel asks if Reeva could no longer move after the head wound.

D agrees that's the case, from what he's read in pathology report, but says he cannot exclude any involuntary movement, or if the body was not stable.

Yes indeed it would be 'very nice' if you were an expert in anything hehe

Just read an article about yesterday's testimony from Dixon .
He apparently stated that it would not have been possible for OP to have seen whether Reeva was in bed but OP actually said he saw a silhouette of Reeva and saw her legs were under the duvet

Yes Mr. Dixon....he pointed and aimed....thank you very much

Nel asks if he is really saying could Reeva's head have been in that position on the toilet while she was sitting on the floor.

Expert once again repeats he is not a ballistic expert then gives another long explanation that seems to leave Nel a bit speechless for a moment...

Sorry, I'm finding it incredibly hard to write what witness is saying. He has such a strange, convoluted way of answering. I can't work out what he is actually saying....
