This poor, vulnerable Oscar testimony is pathetic.

Just a thought ... what if Reeva DID have her phone with her in the toilet and told OP she was recording everything he was doing ... screaming, bashing the door ... that would enrage him to the point to shoot her, would it not.

Oldwage just corrected D's page numbers, which put him off his stroke.

They're trying to sell it but I'm not buying it.

If all they say is true, why would OP approach 'the danger' on his stumps in the pitch dark? Why not put his prosthesis on? Why not stay in the bedroom and shout out? Why not call the police? Why not leave the bedroom?

Walking into the dark towards a (possibly armed) intruder with OP's 'GAD', imbalance, vulnerability, it's just not plausible. They can't have it both ways.

All this blah blah blah from Prof Derman is only relevant if one believes that OP really thought there was an intruder. Does the judge believe the intruder theory? Surely not, when she has heard 5 witnesses testify under oath that there was clearly a fight before the shooting.

Exactly .. and it's absolutely ridiculous the amount of time that is being given to this bloke, he keeps on saying the same thing over and over again. I can't believe the judge is allowing it.

But he has perfect replacements, laying within reach. Takes about 30 seconds to strap them on and he can run faster than anyone.

In fact, those replacements are for legs he's never known. It's not the same as someone who has grown up with and depended on his legs and then had them amputated.

Disabled bench in shower ... another lie. I've shown the photo and there's no bench in the shower or bathroom. And we have the post yesterday knowing that he showers. Lies, lies and more lies.

I am sure the testimony prof D is giving now is applicable to many people with disabilities and is valid, re showering, clothing, and everyday tasks, but how does that apply to the night in question when OP shot Reeva.?

....this is going way beyond what is required from a witness.... what happened to asking expert witnesses relevant questions and getting, hopefully, relevant responses. This is a lecture.

I'm waiting for the survey I'm sure he's conducted about how 'vulnerable' people with a disability feel with a Glock in their hand....

And more, the balance issues - all the things he can't do, but we know what he did and that he can walk backwards while doing so ... he said so himself.

Man, they're really laying it on thick... but what does this have to do with him as a licensed gun owner deliberately shooting his gun FOUR times into a closed door that he, at the least, believed someone was behind?

Let this guy go on and on. It's more ammunition for Nel, and I hope he has a brand new thick notepad for all the things he has to write down.

"The hard truth: he does not have lower legs"

According to his first sworn affidavit he successfully brought the big fan into his bedroom from the balcony in pitch darkness and then when on to close the door blinds and curtains on his stumps. Hard truth?
