Rafferty showed Spitzig the video of Tori walking away with TLM the 1st week after the disappearance?

This is something I find most disturbing. He went out of his way to show this women the story of the missing child. She knew nothing about it. He discussed it with every one of these women, whether they brought it up or not it seems. It was like he was revelling in his handiwork and reliving it over and over and over. Like some kind of weird obsession.

It seems that MR had his own little business of woman on the side taking anything he could get (leech) including pimping at least one out. Plus he was always on that cell texting and making dates etc. When would he find the time to plot a kidnapping? I really believe this was TLM minute decision. But why would he hang onto TLM she had no money and he sure didn't need her for drugs as he clearly had enough money to buy them himself without TLM getting them for him. I wonder if TLM was into Oxy's before she met MR?

And..........we don't know what MR did with the money. For all we know he could have other accounts in banks somewhere.........listed under a joint account name or a business account name.

Someone probably already explained this better - but it does not matter how many women MR tried to line up. What matters is the info they gave - was the car seat in the car? was he manipulative? From the info, can you reasonably conclude that TLM manipulated him?

People here were wondering why the Crown never asked any of the POF witnesses why they broke off with Rafferty. Maybe if that question was brought up the Defence would have jumped right in there and put an end to any more questioning like that. What if after Rafferty was done with each POF woman, he proposed that she *advertiser censored* for him and that's why she broke it off? JMO

Maybe he only ran the prostitute scenario by some of them, same as he only ran the abduction scenario by some of them.

He was testing the waters, feeling them out, seeing what they would go for.

He found the perfect candidate in TLM. Mabye Charity wouldn't go for what he proposed?

I suppose if the jury can't take into account character flaws of Rafferty, then they shouldn't take TLM's character flaws into account either. Just sayin'.

Well you'd think she might have expected the man whom she thought was loyal and exclusive to her to actually get a job and provide for her and those children. And I believe she only had 3 at the time. What is most interesting is her timeline. She would have been 8 months pregnant when they met. Pretty vulnerable if you ask me.

I don't see him as a pimp. He was not supplying clients, she was probably advertising online at his suggestion. He just talked her into it. And manipulated her emotions to make her think he was her exclusive man who was going to marry her. And I'm sure he would have liked to find another one to double his payday, hence all the "fishing".

She obviously didn't need him, I understand she's doing quite fine on her own now. She just needed him to talk her into it in the first place.

If everything she said on the stand today was the truth. Which is all the jury has to go on.

So it just shows me that he manipulates women to do things for him. Even illegal things. I guess he figures all women will do anything "for a little love".

At least vulnerable ones.

that was stupid of her but maybe because she stated they were partners and thought up the idea together...maybe he was getting the "clients" for her so she was giving him his cut or maybe it was an education fund for the kids...any number of reasons but the obvious is usually the correct one...JMO
