Detective Colin Darmon asked to see McClintic privately during an appearance. It did not take long.

She spoke to Rafferty briefly. He was at the court house for 20 minutes. Rafferty was on approved contact list.

She produced documents for police, after a warrant.

She provided telephone records. Residents don't have access to their own phones.

McClintic was restrained during appearances.

That's unusual...........

Usually people in custody are held in holding cells in the basement, and come up an elevator when the court calls down for them to appear.

They shuffle down a short hall and directly into the courtroom.

Sitting on benches in the public area?

I guess it happened..........but it isn't normal.

McClintic approved list included only her mother, her aunt and Michael Rafferty. Rafferty got special approval.

Program managers make decisions on special approval.

For incoming calls, staff would make sure the person in on contact list. If so, inmate would be retrieved if possible.

People at Genest have the right to private calls. Staff don't listen in.

McClintic's phone records at Genest entered into evidence.

Visits are allowed at Genest. Visitors must be approved, visitors must call in to book a time. They're generally a half hour.

Genest keeps visitor records.

she is not a flippin patient at a hospital, she is a suspect for kidnap and murder. Oh brother! JMO

Rafferty visited on May 8th and May 12th. Visit on the 8th lasted about an hour.

There is no exit time for the May 12th visit. Started at 6:15.

The visit on the 8th started at 7:15.

What does that mean?? It doesnt matter if he didnt have a criminal record. A lot of people that murder dont have prior records it means diddly squat. JMO.....
