He has another girlfriend, threatening to leave Mindy and will be inheriting a large sum of money soon? Doesn't sound like suicide.

But in fairness we don't know all the details of their relationship.

IMO it could have been suicide. It could have been murder. MM could have murdered him or someone else could have.

With the info we know, there are countless possibilities.

I'll wait to hear more before forming my opinion.

She could just be a grieving widow. I'd hate to prejudge her.

Additionally, the "Ten Thousand Angels" singer recalled finding her boyfriend, who did not immediately die from his injury, on the couple's front porch. "I just started screaming, calling 911," she said. "I lay down next to him and pleaded with him not to die ... He responded ... with sounds."

This speaks volumes for me.

Sounds like he died either coming to or leaving the house, possibly with his stuff. JMO

What I meant is that we see people kill their siblings to get the entire inheritance from their parents.

Was there like 3 people set to split this inheritance 3 ways... and now they only have to split it two ways?

I wasn't suggesting Mindy did it. In fact... I still have a very hard time believing Mindy could do this.

This makes me sad.

The sudden death of a loved one is hard on everyone but for a recovering addict, it just takes their fight away and they often go backwards in their recovery.

I'll be praying for everyone involved.

Horrible situation.

So she wasn't high or drunk, but she still was sent to the mental health facility ? That doesn't sound good. How long before she is arrested?

I really like her and feel badly for her, but I think that is where this is heading. JMO

I would just assume it would his wife and child.

In another twist, MailOnline can reveal that Wilson did not have a will meaning that all his possessions - including his $430,000 trust fund - will now go to his baby son Zayne.

McCready, 37, will have ‘no claim’ at all over it, according to George Wise of Little Rock, Arkansas-based probate lawyers Brad Hendricks Law Firm

He said: ‘Arkansas state law does not recognise common law marriages.

‘If there was no will in this case then she won’t have any rights. Cohabiting couples have no rights to each other’s property unless there is shared ownership of an asset like property.

‘Given that the child is so young someone will have to petition the court to set up an estate and they will be called to administer that estate.

Troubled country music star Mindy McCready was found dead today of an apparent suicide ... this according to various reports. She was 37.

The father of McGready's youngest child, record producer David Wilson, was found dead in his home on January 13 of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
