The only thing I'm confused about is how could it be a buttocks or hip but not a forearm?

Particularly with everyone saying how small she was.

But, to play along with the "he hit her, then got scared" theory: speed/force of the car versus speed/force EA could derive while throwing a punch or forearm blow? (I'm not a physicist, so I'll have to defer there...anyone here good with physics?)

Again, though, the problem with all of these theories, in my mind, is that he says she was never in the car. And, so, until/unless EA gets on the stand, that's what the jury will be presented with as his story.

It's not that some of these other theory are not plausible. In fact, given that we're talking about druggies and drug dealers, many are very plausible.

However, they all run counter to EA's basic and continual assertion that she was never in the car or with him. So....

(Also, sorry to bring up stuff posted many posts ago. I've been to three different meetings this morning and afternoon and just got back to the office. Sifting through what I missed up until now.)

Boom. Here comes the end of any reasonable doubt. There is absolutely NO reason for EA to lie about walking her to car on the first day they are looking for CM - for all anyone knew she could have gone to Tulsa to see her family. He lied because he knew she was dead and he knew what happened to her.

I found this showing cell towers in Anna. It doesn't have the exact address of the one the Sasso testified about - 7636 CR 277 Anna, TX. It has one extremely close to same street number with Melissa, TX as location.
