I don't know all the ins and outs of the rules as far as what is allowed to be released to the media. I would think some of the info given to the family was meant to be kept under the wraps. So is it safe to assume JM had the go ahead from PPD to do this interview? Do you know?

And I regret that I missed the interview, do you know if it's on their website yet. I'm not lazy, but on my phone so that hinders me a bit from searching.

We were told that ultimately, it was our decision either way, but that they would really like to keep it under wraps until they had built their case and were ready to bring charges. It was SO difficult not to say what we knew. So much anger and frustration builds up when you know who is involved but there are obstacles preventing the truth from coming out.

Personally-and from day one-even upon seeing the video in the parking garage for the first time when it was released to the public..........I always saw his swagger. Add to that-her insecurity- and she is off-guard. Recipe for Combustion.

It took almost a year for the final autopsy report, then LE talked with us extensively for more than 6 months before bringing POI back for the second round of interviews right at the 18 month mark. In the end they never could find enough evidence to prove a case for murder or even manslaughter. Only neglect of a child.

I brought that up earlier today before the interview came out and I had a few people that disagreed with me and came to the defense of EA.....I would imagine we won't have too many defenders of EA in light of this new info.
