The last time I got in an argument with a man and I was so mad that I called him a dozen times and he wouldn't answer, I borrowed my friends phone to see if he would answer a call from a number that he wouldn't know was me..... Maybe Christina did the same.

I could see myself doing the same thing (over a woman in my case) and I think it is the most likely explanation I just wish it would be clarified. The other question I have is why would he have lied about it originally (but there are some reasonable explanations to this).

Just my opinion but from lots of sources and links are in these threads, CM is described as feisty and my opinion is that she would have fought like a lion if anybody tried to hurt her. The referenced comment by PP in my opinion is saying that and it was directed to CM's sister. My opinion is that people who knew her well are just saying she would not have been easy to subdue even though she was tiny.
That, or she is saying that 'we were all together that night, there was no bar fight and EA didn't have those abrasions or a limp at 3:30am....' JMO, and I agree that she is an odd one

Very interesting comments by some particular people in a post made on the Find Christina Page. Post titled.... CBS 11 10pm Broadcast.

Hope that I posted it right this time, in accordance with the forums rules.

We need the link to the facebook, but yes you posted the comment just right! :) Paraphrase and link :)

Anyone want to bet on whether or not EA heads south soon?

ETA I missed if his criminal record was ever made available. TIA

Guess he knew ole EAjr and hypothetically this gives the appearance of his thought being "oh ok thats cool ..she is just gonna hang-out with him and those friends all weekend"
JMO~

I guess at this point the content of the text, which we are not privy to, will tell the story. The whole phone thing is puzzling but at the same time you'd have to be brain dead to set up a crime and to be texting with your co conspirators while its going on. Who knows.

Am I missing something? This was all the info from the warrant just restated, right? LE already said the most logical way she would have left the garage was in his car. I think they left together and were planning to go to another location and something happened either along the way, or after they arrived at that location. The question is: where were they going?

I can tell you that my 18 yr old son will not answer a phone or text if he even gets an inkling that his gf or girl in general is being in any way over-dramatic etc. He is just that way, always has been. He's broken up with girls for not leaving him alone, or coming over when he asked them not to. So I can see HF not answering texts or phone calls especially if they've fought this way in the past. He must figure she is going to get over it and show up sooner or later.

Him denying? Of course he going to deny. Otherwise, he would be in cuffs.
I will, patiently, wait for forensics to be revealed and additional info regarding the
Texts to HF and whatever else PPD has up their sleeve.
I don't think PPD was completely ready to release this. Probably a lot of pressure from CM's family. IMO.

The article: http://www.wfaa.com/story/news/crim...orris-arochi-legacy-shopping-center/18481607/ is stating he traveled down Custer road at 4:08... someone on the Find Christina site is suggesting that area be searched because all down Custer are a lot of just fields... I'm thinking she is right... a search really needs to happen out off Custer and Sam Rayburn.

I also do not understand why so many people would cover for EA, to the point of being looked at themselves, if that is the case (that several know what happened.) I know I would not have, unless I was a part of it, even with a friend, in something this serious. ...

Agree I think he acted alone (most likely) or there was one or two others involved. no ones covering for someone on something like this in less they themselves are lips deep in it.

So who then who was she arguing/angry/upset with on the phone while she was walking to the Legacy garage from 3:36am to 3:58am ??

that info came from someone who was either blacked out or is otherwise totally unreliable so I don't think we know for sure if she was in fact on the phone with anyone.

Replying to my own quote but... someone on the site just said that area was already searched by Equusearch.. .but he lied about his route... he said he went the other way.... that seems like an area that needs to be searched again then. I thought perhaps he took her home, in his trunk...but then he wouldn't of needed to lie about the direction he took ...he could flat out said which way he took if he took her home... but if he left her out in the fields somewhere then he would try to misdirect... only the area has been searched.... ????

The reports say she made 3 calls from EA's phone from 3:52- 3:57 ..... he said she borrowed his phone.

Where did you see this I have not seen it, but maybe I just missed it.

The only (released) warrant was for his car. The warrant described his house as to where the car is stored. I think that confused some people initially and they thought house and car had been searched.

I totally agree. I don't think he has anything to do with it at all.... the only thing he is guilty of is not alerting her family or anyone that she never came back and stopped calling him. But again, he could of been relieved...he was probably glad and thought yay, she is backing off..... the last thing on his mind was probably that she was abducted.

I think CM's phone died and she used EA's, maybe after all the arguing with bf that night she told him she wasn't going home so he isn't expecting her now. This leaves EA with time where CM is not being waited for by anybody. Bf thinks she is spending long weekend with old friends, parents and friends think she is home.

MOO!!

This can't be since the last communication from CM to HF was I am coming home leave the door open, as reported by her mother.

How many gallons of gas does that type of car usually hold? If EA was getting gas at 10:15 am and had a full tank the night before, how far could he go and come back? Granted we don't know if he filled it up somewhere between the garage and the station at 10:15 a.m., but unless he paid with cash LE would know. And I would think they would have put it in the warrant. MOO

Of course we also don't know what his gas level was but would be interesting to know how far he could go and come back, which couldn't be more than two hours away since there was a four hour time gap between being seen on the freeway and at the gas station.

Trying to figure out where Christina might be....

6 hour.

I'm sorry this is off topic, but I'm confused too about why no murder charges against JM yet. Are the powers that be planning on charging and prosecuting him for the vicious rape of the college student first (that happened years ago)? Guess I need to catch up on Hannah's thread. I'm puzzled to say the least.

They have him in jail and have him basically dead to rites on the 2005 rape case so he is going to be locked up for a long long time probably life. There is no reason right now for them to rush the murder charges. This case is a little different since EA is free and as far as I know only charged with the theft charge (note: the timing of the theft charge isn't random I think its so they can keep tabs on him and pick him up immediately if he tries to head out of town.
