I can tell you that my 18 yr old son will not answer a phone or text if he even gets an inkling that his gf or girl in general is being in any way over-dramatic etc. He is just that way, always has been. He's broken up with girls for not leaving him alone, or coming over when he asked them not to. So I can see HF not answering texts or phone calls especially if they've fought this way in the past. He must figure she is going to get over it and show up sooner or later.

IDK if HF is involved I kind of think its unlikely, I also don't know your sons situation, but the behavior in your son is common. HOWEVER when you live together and it has been four days and the last communication was I'm coming home leave the door open ... possibly from some other dudes phone .... then I think things are a little different.

I'm thinking she is right... a search really needs to happen out off Custer and Sam Rayburn.

Is the same route someone could take to go to Oklahoma to the Choctaw Casino?

I agree that is different, and I dont know CM personally or HF, but I'd take a guess that he was just TIRED of it. My bro and his ex-wife were a lot this way...Shed be gone etc and he'd be at home...dont know why he put up with it for as long as he did as she was always cheating on him.. (Im not implying CM cheated or anything) Just that people are different.

The reports say she made 3 calls from EA's phone from 3:52- 3:57 ..... he said she borrowed his phone.

1. the reports did not say anyone answer those calls they were actually describe as calls/text.
2. no reports have specified who made those calls.
3. he stated she "must have" made the calls (which is different than saying it definitively) AND he only said that after he said she didn't use his phone and he didn't contact HF and that was proven to be a lie.
4. Clearly nothing EA says is reliable so why is this one vague statement taken as truth?
5. I was responding to someone who commented and the fact that EA stated he heard her on her phone arguing loudly with someone.

Don't get it twisted I think EA is guilty as hell and I hope justice is served upon him. I am just trying to figure out what happened and whether this is something he did on his own (currently I feel this is the most likely outcome) or if there is a little more to the story.

I wouldn't think so. One would either take Hwy 75 north or 289 (Preston) if they wanted to avoid the highway. There are a few other more indirect ways, if it was REALLY important to avoid those two.

I'm guessing maybe she had informed him they would no longer be cohabitating (probably in a lot more colorful language :0) which could explain it to a degree. But then I would think he would wonder why she didn't come get her stuff? But based on the little we know about him I could see him being an out of site out of mind type guy.

EA says here that he was confused because the parking garages (Henry's and Blue Martini) look identical. Um no, they don't. Not even close. None of the parking garages by Blue Martini (2 that I can think of) look like the one by Henry's.

Totally agree with you! There is no way you would get them confused. The garage by Blue Martini doesn't have a big wide entryway like the one by Potbelly. You have to walk basically through the patio area by Ra and Gordan Biesch -- how can you get those two mixed up??

So if there is a 6 hr window that we know about..is it possible that EA drove to Texoma lake and back? Thats the most secluded area I can think of around there. I used to live in Sherman TX for a while back in the day and Texoma lake was where we liked to go for a swim etc.

I agree, Le Singe - and I'm starting to think he might have involved his brother in some way. And a side note to others who kept on and on accusing some of us for "defending EA" early on, I hope the fact that everyone is now siding with LE will stop saying that (so glad to see that warrant and find out things we didn't know for sure). I will say it again, we were being objective, looking at both sides, saying what if, etc. I think that's what you do when sleuthing. There was never a point that anyone on here that I can recall was ever not supporting CM's family. Thanks, had to get that off my chest.

I was wondering why they questioned EA's brother 3 times. Nothing had been mentioned in the warrant so I was thinking they have no useful info at this point.

Authorities said that when they searched Arochi's car, it had been cleaned and vacuumed. The affidavit also says "fresh damage" was found on the front right fender of the Camaro.

According to the warrant, Arochi said the damage to his vehicle occurred when he became angry while having trouble turning his tires several days before Morris' disappearance. He told police he became frustrated and punched his car several times.

They said Arochi told them the blows to the car explained why he had cuts on his right hand and a bruise on his forearm.

"The damage was inconsistent with Arochi's explanation of how the damage occurred," the warrant states.

The affidavit also says that a gas station surveillance camera that night showed Arochi inspecting his car, wiping down the passenger door, and cleaning the windows and backside of the vehicle with a squeegee.

IF his hand had been injured while "punching" his car, it would have been broken!

I just can't get over how he(or anyone else associated with him) seriously thinks that this is a viable explanation in regards to the damage to his car and the video that shows him cleaning his car six hours after CM was last seen!!!

Why would he be in that area at the Kroger getting gas? Could he have been at the lake that is to the East of that Kroger?

I guess at this point the content of the text, which we are not privy to, will tell the story. The whole phone thing is puzzling but at the same time you'd have to be brain dead to set up a crime and to be texting with your co conspirators while its going on. Who knows.

just to clarify i'm not saying I think he acted alone for sure. I just feel it is the more likely of the two options I would not be shocked if you are right.

Just trying to re cap a bit here-
Something did happen to CM and there is still no trace of her . Whatever really transpired was after 3:57am... during that vid clip (ending at 3:57am) there was not any visible type of aggressive movements from him toward her as they passed thru the corridor to get to the actual parking area.. And PPD says he exited in his car at 3:58am and then made the pass thru at the Sam Rayburn Custer gentry at 4:08am... looking at a map the next possible exit is the Alma/Craig Ranch off the toll. (Am I looking at that correctly?)
