JD Miles was very specific that texts AND calls were made from EA's phone AFTER CM's disappearance. So, I don't think HF is out of the woods yet on suspicion. My first thought was some type of collusion.

I think CM's phone died and she used EA's, maybe after all the arguing with bf that night she told him she wasn't going home so he isn't expecting her now. This leaves EA with time where CM is not being waited for by anybody. Bf thinks she is spending long weekend with old friends, parents and friends think she is home.

Me either, but I'm talking common courtesy for someone you live with and maybe cared for at one time, known for years. It seems to me he was fairly close to her family and out of respect for them, if not Christina who certainly deserved that consideration, then for them. JMO

I've argued with my bf and gone to a friends place. Sometimes when your angry like that you need space and want to be left alone. If HF thought she was with friends he probably didn't want to be calling her.

Just got home from a long day. I tried to keep up when I had time. This new information is damning. I now truly believe he does hold the answers to bringing Christina home. I am still on the fence when it comes to who else is involved. I was still holding out hope that she was still with us and could somehow come home alive. Sadly that hope has slipped away.

Just want to add my opinion on the damage and changing the tires on the car. I have owned muscle cars, dated guys with them and friends have had many. There has been many times I have seen someone showing off and lose control. I am talking about late 80's and newer, those are the cars I have experience with. The first thing that is hit is the curb then whatever else is in the way. The damage can be minimal but just jumping the curb can jam you into the steering wheel.

How many gallons of gas does that type of car usually hold? If EA was getting gas at 10:15 am and had a full tank the night before, how far could he go and come back? Granted we don't know if he filled it up somewhere between the garage and the station at 10:15 a.m., but unless he paid with cash LE would know. And I would think they would have put it in the warrant. MOO

Of course we also don't know what his gas level was but would be interesting to know how far he could go and come back, which couldn't be more than two hours away since there was a four hour time gap between being seen on the freeway and at the gas station.

Trying to figure out where Christina might be....

If she was in the car, I hope so. I'm worried that he's OCD with the cleanliness of his car, had days/weeks to clean and re-clean, and that there may not be anything. I'm unsure how much dna would be required for a match, I'm sure not much, but multiple detail cleanings of the car may not have left much at all.

I noticed in the affidavit it specifically states EA being asked if CM has ever been in his car and he says no. Hoping they can find something to catch him out in another lie!!!!

On who sent the text....correct me if I'm wrong, but can't you tell in the video Christina is sending a text? I thought it looked like a phone was in her hand. Since someone sent a text to HF at the time they are walking into the garage, then wouldn't that phone be in someone's hand?

Not charged with Morgan's murder yet either, after years of expecting that finding the person matching the DNA found at the crime scene was the only missing piece, which they now have since it was the same DNA as the rape/attempted murder(which he has been charged with.) confusing...jmo

I honestly think the exterior damage is from Christina fighting with EA in the car and she caused him to hit something etc...which did damage to his car.

I've had this thought as well. He was impaired, she grabs the wheel, he overcorrects, the car hits something, he becomes enraged...

Just a scenario I've thought about, nothing factual to back up this thought.

Maybe for a day but for 4 days and if my GF didn't come that night i would been trying to find her the next morning (fight or no fight) especially after turning my phone on and seeing the texts come on something not right with HF's behaviour.

I'm sorry this is off topic, but I'm confused too about why no murder charges against JM yet. Are the powers that be planning on charging and prosecuting him for the vicious rape of the college student first (that happened years ago)? Guess I need to catch up on Hannah's thread. I'm puzzled to say the least.

I was thinking this too! I don't think he hit her with his car since he was limping.

I say this because I have heard detectives in other cases marvel at how many people lie to police, about stupid things even when innocent, and about things that can be proved a lie, and will not admit their lies until shown proof.

Yes you are correct. People who take it recreationally without ADD/ADHD will give a speed like affect . Used to be a big problem in schools, not sure if still is these days.

I am not saying other pieces of info don't add suspicion (injuries, lateness to work, etc) but from what we have seen so far, it is circumstantial evidence. Which is fine, if it all paints a picture that can lead to no other conclusion. If they had that much though, I think he would be charged with abduction, as was Hannah's suspect, who has yet to be charged with her murder (which is odd to me...they feel they can show JM abducted Hannah with evil intent, yet no added charges for murder at this time.)
How LE can tell who sent a text is baffling to me.

BBM IMO, I think that he may be working a plea deal. This is JMO, but I have often wondered, since the discovery of her body, if he didn't tell where her body was located, and maybe that is why we haven't seen murder charges against him in her murder yet? JMO


As far as EA, I want to know exactly what he had fixed on his vehicle. Is that posted up in this thread and I missed it?
