Thanks.
Not directed to you. I mean this ever so kindly. Can we please post things as facts or say, maybe, possibly, IMO? In the last couple days several things have been stated as facts and turned out not to be. Makes things confusing.

Agreed so much. Thank you.
I was thinking the same thing. Facts would be great and less confusing.

The Jesse James Hollywood case is pretty interesting if anybody here has not read about it. The movie Alpha Dog is based on that case.

The really sad thing about that case is that over 32 people saw the victim alive and did nothing.

They were partying with him.

I'm saying if he knew she was in danger and he truly cared about her, he would have called LE. But he only cares about himself.

If he knew she was taken and why and he would have been implicated...even if she was in danger, I don't think he would have called. Because as you and many said, he only cares about himself.

That's the thing... HF didn't report her missing for four days. If she was precious to him, he would have called LE immediately. Why use her as a chip when he doesn't even value her?

If he knew she was being held because he owed money to his dealer, he's not going to report it. Reporting it would only cause more trouble between him and his dealer. I don't necessarily believe this is what happened, but it would be one explanation. I haven't seen any evidence that EA has connections to big-time drug dealers, so I don't know if he is the kind of person who would be called upon to deliver her. MOO

I never saw any MSM that said Honduras. :dunno: If you were to take a gander through facebook (back when the people involved had them), just looking at the friends people have and where they live can give an idea of where people have ties to. Looked like Mexico to me.

Where did the Honduras thing come from? Was it just talk or from a VI?

Jonni McElroy, Morris' mother, said the missing woman's boyfriend is devastated by his girlfriend's disappearance and has helped distribute flyers and search on numerous occasions. McElroy said he and his father drove up to Choctaw Casino in Durant, Okla. and distributed flyers at truck stops and other locations along the way.

Did he ever go to Plano and try to talk to these friends?

New tweet by BF: EA citizen of Mexico, not US.

[modsnip].

Here, again, is why I have so little faith in the current state of journalism. They should be trying to find out where the Arochis lived between the time they left Mexico and settled in Allen and poring through each county's records to see whether or not EA had any priors.

But, the news folk standing outside the Arochi's house reporting on the same stuff over and over again is pointless. EA isn't there anymore, and it's clear no one in his family is going to just come out and speak. What could they possibly say anyway? If their son has been lying to them all along, what's the point in continually messing with them? I seriously doubt they know anything.

Also, looked up Accion America. It just looks like one of those "immigrants rights" groups. I doubt Johnson really works for them. More likely that he did some legal work for them at one time and, as a favor to CQ, who the Arochis hired, commented. But, Accion does not look like a criminal rights group. More like an group to organize marches for immigrants to complain about the county they immigrated to...like that ever makes sense.

I can't do this every day like some of ya'll can; I laud you. It wears me out just reading a few pages. So, I'll just some up what I think...leaving out what has been deleted because it had to do with EA's family, although I still think that is probably an avenue the investigators have to be pursuing:

-Drug deal gone bad/revenge drug thing, EA told to take her somewhere and did; EA doesn't know where she is, but does know who he took he to,and told not to tell under threat by dealers.
-Angry boyfriend told EA to take her here or there in Allen, he did so, then boyfriend later met her and did something; EA told not to tell under threat of dealers.
-EA assaulted/killed her himself and was stupid enough to stay in Texas where we have the death penalty for such acts; no one else had anything to do with it.

I think the thing that throw most of us for a loop is that, when it all comes down to brass tacks, the actions of all these people confuse us because we aren't drug-addled or criminals.

The drug-addled and the criminal do stupid, harmful things to themselves and others, not giving anyone's future a second thought - theirs, their victim's, their family's, their victim's family, the friends', etc. Simply put, the drug-addled and criminal are selfish to the end.

I'm not sure this is really breaking news because we already knew he had an immigration hold. If he was a U.S. citizen, there wouldn't be an immigration hold on him. Is this not pretty much common sense?

Well, I'm sure most of us assumed he was not a U.S. Citizen, but since we had no proof per say, I wouldn't discuss. I only posted BF's tweet as "finally, there is proof." IYKWIM

That was 3 months ago. Didn't take long for him to get back to hanging around a strip joint and selling drugs.

I quoted your comment because I asked a few days ago where he was from and how he was in the US. This is the first time we have had a factual answer in the media and it contradicts what many of us have been told in the last few days. It was stated on here as fact, "green card" and he didn't have ties to Mexico, but rather Honduras. The green card comment was later clarified to be a guess. Since I read the tweet, I went back to look for the Honduras comment and it has been deleted.

This comment was not directed to you, but just thought it was great that we finally had confirmation that so many of us were confused on the Mexico vs Honduras debate. Thought it was a great place to insert.

I am confused about the Honduras comment as well. I went back to look and it has been deleted. Not sure why. Maybe he just has family there and we can't then discuss that.

Hope you didn't think I was being snarky. I forgot my winky emoji. I was being sassy, kind of like, "why use my comment?" Ha.

I think it was a useful post because I've seen lots of conjecture floating around about his status.

How can he report anything at all when it could lead to his own arrest.
Thats like if someone robs drugs off someone they can't report it.
Call LE and say hey someone stole my drugs.
His not reporting it leads me to drugs.

Yes, the immigration hold was the proof. They don't put immigration holds on U.S. citizens. Not trying to by snide, just saying, if he'd been a citizen, there wouldn't have been a hold in the first place.

Had there not been an immigration hold initially, and it had just come out today, that would have been news. News to me would be whether or not they've found any prior criminal record on him in any other county.

Mod note

Thank you all

Either way, he's in trouble. And, it doesn't appear his silence will help him much.

he has been in allen since he was a teenager at least, although possibly he could go back home for summers etc. I have a sneaking suspicion the record keeping in mexico might not be that great.

The presence of a immigration detainer is not indicative of an individuals’ immigration status.

Hfcm website just posted invite for this weekends search party. I'll be attending again and would love to meet any of you if you'll be there as well. Hopefully we'll have a good turnout.

I agree it doesn't in the way its been discussed in this thread previously, but it does indicate that you are not an american citizen.
