We don't know she is dead. There is no definitive proof. She really could be alive.

And we don't know her whole involvement with HF. We don't know she was involved with his "business". She could certainly avoid jail.

I'm not saying these things aren't possible but with no proof, this is a weird statement.

EDIT: looks like boots up there changed their comment. They said she isn't alive and would be in jail with HF. Now it's weird that it was edited so quick.

I worded that sentence awkwardly. I meant to say Christina would still be alive if she had stayed with Hunter that night of August 30th in Fort Worth instead of going to Plano for the girls night out.

Is that evidence EA wanted to hide from LE (per note, all texts from the 29th, etc.).???
What communication is EA concerned about LE reading?
Whatever it is, I sure hope LE was able to retract the messages.

The list recovered from the garbage, is sort of a game changer imo. Premeditation comes to mind.
If EA acted upon sexually charged impulses thus causing harm to Christina, why would he be concerned about texts or emails exchanged at an earlier time?

What would texts exchanged on Friday have to do with a drug induced sex scorned rape and murder?

I, too, have thought Christina could still be alive. Maybe that is why they can't find her because they are looking for a body and remains instead of a person that is still alive and being kept captive.

Hunter isn't in jail for aggravated kidnapping with Christina's DNA in his trunk last I checked. 1 in 69 quadrillion chance it wasn't Christina's DNA in Enrique's Trunk! That's what I'm concerned about. And bringing Christina home.

I read from a previous poster about KISS and Occam's razor. And I though "I agree with this! Keep it simple. It's SA, alcohol, Rx drugs, anger. But then the note with things to do... Texts needed to be deleted. It's makes it harder. It might still apply but then where the hell could she be? How far could she have gotten?

Me too. They would also be on the phone that received the information sent from EA's phone too. They should be able to retract that information from his phone too. We know he got the texts about lost keys and leave the door open so maybe there are more messages that can be retrieved. Maybe the rest of the texts were deleted. Some part of the story is missing.

The note is confusing. A list.... Lists are made to help you remember things. Have to carry a list to the grocery store or I end up buying everything I don't need and my SO's honey-do list is always a mile long. Love it when those get checked off the list. Why would EA need a list? Did someone give him a list or did he write the list himself? A list after the fact means premeditated or a list before the fact is premeditated?

That's exactly what he said. He said he could have saved the searchers days of searching through the reporter. He only mumbled 2 sentences. Said he couldn't do this (interview). He wasn't mentally stable. Yet, he was stable enough to drive to Oklahoma casino to post missing posters along the way.

The list is confusing to me. The list is fairly short, EA wouldn't have had difficulty remembering these things. iMO, the list may either have been prepared for someone else or by someone else.

I know. She should be close. Why can't they find her? Why didn't the friend, SN, walk her to the garage to make sure she reached her car safely. She insisted on driving so why wouldn't he at least walk her to the car and say "are you sure I can't drive you to Fort Worth?' Instead every one of the friends let her leave the party with EA alone. I hope LE is shaking down more than one person in jail.

Of course we're not privy to where SN's car was parked at the time. Iirc he wasn't mentioned as one who went to the hamburger place. Leaving us to wonder where SN and CM were during that time. If CM's car never left its spot until her dad picked it up, it is possible CM rode in SN's car earlier and he ended up parking closer to PP's place. Maybe they went directly to PP's apartment together? In SN's car? For some reason, LE doesn't explain the gap in accounting for CM's whereabouts - only that PP, SB, EA and who went to get hamburgers.

Anyway, SB drove her car, with PP and EA as passengers, to get hamburgers. No mention what SN and CM were doing. Am I missing someone?

I took the comment to mean Christina would still be alive and her boyfriend would be in jail. I think this comment is getting blown way out of proportion. It's very frustrating to me that no one can even post a comment that even slightly suggest or even mistakenly infers that Christina was anything but a perfect angelic being. I'm sure that is why a lot of people don't post. I do care about Christina, but none of us are saints. All possibilities should be able to be discussed.

No Woe. Thank you. You have everyone covered. You are correct. And according to EA's interview, as soon as he was through eating his hamburger he was ready to leave. No mention of SN or CM during the hamburger trip after they left Scruffy Duffy's. It's like SN went poof in the warrant too.

The majority of us are very realistic. The comment was just worded awkwardly and it was a little odd. There was no "get em!" mentality. We were confused. It was explained. No hard feelings either way.

There are lots of things my mom doesn't know about me. I went to Plano HS. I know what went on with the crowds from the areas. Christina could have been involed in who knows what. She might not have been.

I love to hear all different theories and comments. That one was just oddly written.

Someone suggested the list was passed along to someone else while EA was in jail between the 15th and 21st of September. Or, he's a doodler and was thinking about possible evidence that could implicate him. As he was thinking, he wrote down the possibilities. Ummm, let's see, black shirt, texts from the 29th until today's date (I'm curious if the note is dated), something from his computer (email?), bank bills and phone bills.
He kept the note laying around until he tossed it in the garbage (versus burning it).
Or, whoever he handed the note to (or dictated it to) took the same action.
IMO his father wouldn't be that stupid. Must be EA himself.

I think it's possible it was passed to someone while he was in jail. That makes sense to me. He is in jail and cannot do those things while he is in there. His brother was at school for sure? It would be logical his brother took the note or wrote the note and disposed of it at home. Or then again, it could have been something EA held onto until he got out.

I understand. I just get frustrated and feel like sometimes reasonable theories can't be discussed because people don't want to offend anyone or suggest anything bad. I'm not saying Christina was involved in HF's activities. I really don't think she was. And by all accounts she seems like a wonderful person. But I would like to be able to consider the possibility that she was caught up in unfortunate circumstances with bad people as a possible factor in her disappearance.

I think it's possible it was passed to someone while he was in jail. That makes sense to me. He is in jail and cannot do those things while he is in there. His brother was at school for sure? It would be logical his brother took the note or wrote the note and disposed of it at home. Or then again, it could have been something EA held onto until he got out.

IMO, the brother would have written in English. The mother and father would have written it in Spanish. There is no love like a mothers love for her child.
