actually makes sense as far as their theory goes. I had a girl from Allen HS tweet me that her mother thought she had saw CM by Anderson MS walking...she said they were reporting it. I guess her mom didn't think about it until she saw all the news

I saw her tweet about she thought her mom had just found CM. But then she deleted it soon after.

Other information has not been released for two reasons: the information will not be beneficial to the public in helping Plano PD solve the case, and most importantly, law enforcement still has to protect and preserve evidence and the release of information.

I know this is being argumentative, but how do they know the information will not be beneficial to us? This makes me think they have their guy or girl or know what happened, but they aren't saying. Or, are they just pulling our legs to get the heat off of them and 6 to 8 months down the road we still have nothing, nada, zip....

This is an excellent article and I believe Plano PD knows who is responsible for crime!

That lake rumor led nowhere. People say she was there the Wednesday before she went missing. She couldn't of been there Friday bc her boss said she was crying at work Friday about her bf cheating on her.

That new article today is same old same. But at least plano pd spoke.

What I think, and I'm no law enforcement specialist nor do I play one on TV, is that they may have an idea of what could have happened, or even who could have been involved, but until they have a body there has been no crime. For all they know she could have just "gone off the radar" again. Even if it all sounds fishy (which it does) if people have alibis and they don't find her body to prove that someone did something to her, it's just a missing person.

That, amiga, is the problem. And everyone who is sketchy can't even be discussed on here. Everyone is a victim, and yet there is not even a victim according to the police.

I completely disagree. Tilley says they have just as many detectives on the case now and says he needs proof! They need a body! I have heard this so many times on Nancy Grace. They need a body to make prosecution stick.

I know .... I know of at least 8 sketchy shady arms on this octopus ...

Investigation Discovery brought in their own PI to investigate while filming the story. It would be VERY interesting to know what they uncovered. Anybody have any "in's" at ID, ha ha!

Local here - a friend of mine has a son that works at Pier 121 marina on Lewisville Lake, the PD has been out there two days in a row questioning employees and searching. (haven't seen that info on the news) With so little info being released, I am perplexed as to why they are searching the immediate area around the Legacy center and now the lake. And it's a big lake! Pier 121 is on the East side of the lake more toward the Legacy area. Is it a shot in the dark or do they know something specific? hum...

Just pulling this forward because someone asked about LE looking in the area of Lewisville Lake.
