I wonder if they know her whereabouts "Mexico" but are giving her the chance to turn herself in before they go get her.....I wouldn't surprised if she is caught today. Let's hope so.
That's my line of thinking also. I think they are giving her a chance to turn herself in, but if push comes to shove, they will do what needs to be done JMOO.

What did it say about Mexican Mafiosi? Is her family connected to Mexican Mafiosi?
There were hints on a Twitter post, however, I kinda doubt that because if she had mm ties, the hit would have been carried out by a "member" and they wouldn't have gotten caught. This idiot she hired wasn't very smart on killing people and not getting caught.

I doubt that being accused by someone is enough for an arrest, especially if the accuser is under arrest for the crime. At least, I would hope that more evidence would be needed than someone's word. We are all protected by laws that are designed to prevent unfair arrests. LE is supposed to follow those laws and that sometimes prevents LE from arresting a suspect as soon as they would like, and the suspect is able to run. That's the cost of civil liberties.

Have you followed Bella Bond's (Deer Island Baby Doe) case. Bella's Mother and Mother's boyfriend were both arrested. Boyfriend denied any involvement in murder and was arrested because Bella's mother claimed he killed Bella. Both of them are in jail, he wasn't even given bail.
So I don't understand why the same couldn't have done here. They had the dead body, they had CC claiming BD was promising her $500 to drive someone to rob Kendra. Why not arrest BD and then make the case? If BD is in Mexico it might be difficult to get her out of there.

I have followed Bella Bond's case, although I'm not up to date on all the evidence against the boyfriend. Perhaps the fact that the mother was present in the residence carried more weight. I don't know. Apparently BD wasn't present for KH's murder, so the accusation by CC that BD arranged it might require more proof before an arrest. They only have 72 hours to make the case after an arrest AFAIK. It might not have been enough time.

My main point is that LE has to follow legal procedures that are there for everyone's protection, even that of accused criminals. I think it's too soon to criticize how they handled this. BD is a fugitive because she chose to leave. That's on her, not on DPD. JMO

I may have missed a Mexico connection- does she have one?

It is my understanding that the family has ties to Mexico. BD's mother, when interviewed by The Daily Mail, spoke only in Spanish. If her parents were born in Mexico, BD could hold dual citizenship. I have yet to find her birth record information here in the U.S. Has anyone had any luck? I suspect her parents were not born here and that not all of their children were born here either. I noticed that the majority of the posts on BD's Facebook page were from friends and family posting in Spanish. That tells me that Spanish is likely her native tongue. My gut tells me she's in mexico being protected by extended family. My opinion only, of course.

CC seems a much more credible witness than Bella's mother. Also sounds like CC sang like a canary and gave up a lot of details. Given that, seems like BD could have been arrested right away. Now she is gone who knows where.

This says she has been missing since Friday. Does that mean they knew where she was until then or is that when they looked for her

Hatcher, 35, was shot dead shortly before 7:45 p.m. Sept. 2 in her luxury Uptown apartment garage in the 1700 block of Cedar Springs Road. The following day, she and her boyfriend, dermatologist Ricardo P*******, 38, were supposed to leave for Mexico together, according to the affidavit.

BD was not going to let Kendra go on that Mexico trip, not after BD had already "suffered" so much because of the San Francisco trip. :notgood:

So, are they going to go after the friend who "introduced" Brenda to Love ?
I'm betting Brenda will talk once she is in custody.

It's almost comical that Love is such a putz and he actually had the weapon in his possession.....DUMMY !

According to the affidavit, that friend ("Person D") was with KL the day he was arrested. It sounds like Person D was also arrested on "an active warrant out of Dallas County".

I personally think she went to Mexico long before Friday.
